The circles on our paintings must be perfect every time

My art teacher says it's okay to have imperfect squares or triangles, but the circles must be perfect every time. It is possible to make circles of any size using this tool.

This method works best for medium to large size blocks

I am very pleased with this device. There are only a few minor issues with it. If you trace the minimum size circle (just 4 cm) using the Finder, you will need to make sure the circle is at least that size. The size and shape of the hole (in diameter) on the end of a narrow log can be challenging. In dark wood such as elm or Japanese cedar, the lines can be difficult to see. The lines on the Finder are white, so they are easier to see when they are traced a circle on very light, white wood.
