I found the connectors to be too big for tri-fold doors. They're shielded RG6, so they're unlikely to work on 59.
They are weather resistant, but not waterproof, in my opinion. If they were submerged in water, they would become wet on the inside. They're a good connector that will work fine outside in most situations; however, if you're burying them, you should wrap them in tape or put them in conduit.
Yes. It works well with both dual and quad shield cables.
At least, that's what I've gathered so far. after conducting some research No, I'm afraid I'd have to say no.

The tools are of good quality, but the "universal" connectors that come with them are useless for anything smaller than a thick quad-cable. RG6 with a shield. I attempted to crimp some Commscope tri-wires. The shield RG6 (the same stuff the cable company uses) just flops around inside the connector, the shield braid barely making contact with the barrel. There is a gap large enough to fit a small screwdriver between the two. Fortunately, the tools are compatible with other connector brands, such as PPC, which have a much tighter fit. Ingress on the yellow Klein F connectors was mentioned in another review, and this is most likely the reason. They should be used for quadruple-digit digit digit digit digit digit RG6 shielded is the only option. Make some test crimps first, and make sure you're using the right connectors for your cable.
I've only used it four times so far, but it's already made an impression on me. I've attempted to make or repair coax cables in the past with limited success, using a utility knife and inexpensive crimpers. br> Although there are less expensive tool sets available, I've always trusted the Klein brand and have never been disappointed.
Compressing connectors that need to be squeezed has always been a challenge for me. These connectors were compressed by pushing vertically up into the connector with very little force. Furthermore, the stripper has a stopper that allows for precise sizing of the two cuts, one to bare the center connector and the other to the outer sleeve. I changed the cable connector in less than 5 minutes. I can't comment on the price/value because it was a bit pricey for a one-time use, but it comes with a storage bag, so it will be easy to locate if I need it again. I only wish I'd known about it 20 years ago.
I've never had a bad Klein tool in my life. I was simply fed up with all of the low-cost DIY cable ends that failed to connect or fell off. This set was purchased after I took the plunge and bought it. I couldn't be more pleased. These are so well designed that I decided to replace all of the previously made connections, even though they were still functional for the time being.

You don't get the impression that you're holding a piece of plastic garbage in your hands. The zip-lock bag is included in the kit. 6 cable connectors, crimpers, snips, cable stripper, and a carry bag View the how-to video for beginners. to a video on Amazon or a quick three-minute video on YouTube. br>Excellent buy!.
Wire cutters cut the wires cleanly. br>The trim tool did an excellent job of finishing the job. br>The connector was firmly squashed by Crimper. br>Easy to follow instructions. All three tools, as well as a few extra connectors, are stored in the included bag. br>br>A few years ago, I purchased a cheap crimper set from Home Depot or Lowes and could never get it to work. This set was pretty straightforward: A, B, C, cleanup, and done. My internet connection has been restored.
Solid machinery. When I discovered a faulty factory-installed coax connection, it proved to be extremely useful.
Connections between coaxial cable are made with simple, easy-to-use tools. I have little to no experience with this, but I was able to make a connection in less than 10 minutes using these tools. I'll keep them on hand in case I need them in the future. It gives you the impression that you are a professional.
