Product Description

STRIPPING OF QUAD MINI COAX FIBERS for terminating dual and quad shield mini coaxial cables quickly and easily

The UST-205 contains a blade cartridge (UST-230) with cable stop that allows the cable to be run on two levels for Belden, Commscope, Times Fiber, and other mini Coax

CROSS CABLE STOP The cross cable stop on both sides of the cartridge ensures accurate stripping without the need to adjust it

CARBON STEEL BLADES Each side will last more than 5,000 strips

The hook and loop strip at the bottom of the tool makes it easy to fold back the braided shield on the cable when removing the jacket

RG6 - this method works well ?

Although my Blue One isn't the same one you have, the one I have is for RG6, RG59, RG11 and can also be used to strip cat5, so far my Blue One has worked well on everything. As far as I can tell, I have not encountered anything You are shielded.

The cable industry has been my career for just a little over two years now. I purchased these strippers from Jonard since they made a superior product, from their diagonals, wrenches, and any other part I need. The last thing you want in your tool pouch is a substandard set of strippers. It takes a long time to finish the job, you're annoyed that the fitting doesn't go on smoothly and you're frustrated There is no question about what I'm saying in the industry. The first time I used the strippers, I was able to make jumpers in half the time that I used to take with my old strippers. I also bought a replacement blade. The Jonard company has great products and a great reputation, so if you want great strippers you don't have to go anywhere else.

The stripper had worked effectively for about a week before the blades started losing sharpness and the stripping was not successful. The stripper here is going a lot longer than the $5 ones I have had. I will not buy from this company In the last month I have purchased 3 different Jonard products and am not entirely satisfied with any of them. I believe this is an indication that Jonard is on the decline.

Over the past 10 years I have worked in the cable industry, and these are far and away the best. The cobra 360 compression tool should be used together with this.

There is only a week worth of use on this one

This tool only works for a week, and if I want to remove the cable jacket, I have to use a cable cutter or by hand.
