Most of the tools in this kit are fine, but it comes with a flimsy ratchet drive that was broken when it arrived

After the return period had expired, I realized it didn't work the first time I tried to use it. Too bad. Is there a warranty or a way to get a replacement for this product? br>UPDATEbr>DEKO has replaced the broken ratchet drive at no cost to me, and I appreciate their excellent customer service and concern for my shopping experience. My tool set is now complete and operational, thanks to the addition of the new drive. I still believe this ratchet isn't up to par with the rest of the tools in this kit, and DEKO could improve it by including a sturdier drive; however, I'm being gentle with it, and it's working fine for small nuts so far; as for the customer service experience, I think they did an excellent job, so I upgraded my review.
