When it comes to run and gun shooting, this is a must-have
5/5

This was just an add-on for my rig when I got it, but it's quickly become my most used piece of gear. br>br>If you use 1/4 20 to mount something, it will eventually loosen. When you're filming quickly and don't have time to dig through your bag for a variety of wrenches, this device comes in handy. I keep it in my pocket at all times and use it to tighten the SSD 1/4in holder that I have mounted on the top of my BMPCC 4k whenever it becomes loose. The same is true for monitors, quick release plates, and anything else that tightens with a Phillips, flat head, or Allen (or hex) screwdriver. br>br>No one wants to spend $20 on a product like this, but if time is a priority for you or you're filming for any amount of money, get this product. It will speed up your entire production more than you ever could have imagined, especially since budget filmmakers like you and me are probably DIYing half of our equipment with 1/4 screws and such.

I'm going to have to get a new one because I'm missing mine
4/5

On low-power, as a DP with no AC, let alone a second AC, on low-power, as a DP with no AC, let alone a second AC, on low-power, as Short films and webisodes on a shoestring budget. This tool, along with my lens pen, is always in my front pocket. But one day, I put it down for a few minutes on my cart, and poof! It vanished without a trace. I'm not sure if Smallrig is aware of that feature. I wish there was a "locate my Smallrig Multi-" button. I used the "tool" app to track down the offender and commit violence against him. br>br>That story has been told - There is a flaw in this tool: The tools flop around in and out of the scales as the screws become loose. However, a smidgeon of blue Loc-tite will do the trick. Perfection is achieved by using tite on each screw.

This is a necessary tool
5/5

This tool is essential if you're a DP, Camera Op, or 1st AC. Every job, I stow this in my pocket, and I use it every time. When I'm not in front of the camera and they need a flat head, I step in and let them use it, and they always want to know where I got it. br>br>In the end, if you work with cameras, this tool is a must-have. It would be nice if it had a small blade, but I don't need one very often. Almost every time I'm on set, I use one or more of these tools. br>br>At this price, it's a no-brainer. 5 stars without a doubt.

The build quality is outstanding! I don't usually wax lyrical about software
5/5

Sure. It's a bit pricey for a basic multitool, but it's built to last. Overall, the machining, fit, and finish are excellent. The big fat flat blade that's designed to tighten all of those plate screws is one of my favorites. These days, who carries coins? Mine came with a nice pouch and a hard case with a zipper. I'm a huge supporter of SMALLRIG and believe their products are of exceptional quality. The same can be said for this tool.

I've been waiting for this for far too long
5/5

This is something I've wanted to do for a long time. "Bah, I have tools in my bag, do I really need this?" I kept thinking. My rewards had accumulated to the point where I had more than enough to purchase this tool, so I thought to myself, "Why not?" "I'm always kicking myself," she says. It's an excellent all-around product. one, and it's a must-have for me wherever I go. br>br>My only criticism is that the tools should be able to lock when they are removed. Maybe in the next version.

I use it all the time, and it does cost a few dollars more than I think it should, but I use it all the time, so I guess it's worth it in the end
5/5

I am someone who carries EDC gear with me all of the time. Nonetheless, I frequently employ this tool in conjunction with my EDC gear. On my Gh5, I have a Small Rig cage that needs to be tightened all the time. I also have a lot of lights, tripods, and other equipment that this is ideal for. Is it okay if I use the rest of my equipment? Yes. Is this something I still use frequently? Yes. Is it really necessary? Yes. To be honest, I wish it was a couple of dollars less.

It's a true lifesaver
5/5

Before I bought this little guy, I had two sets of Wera bits and tools in my bag for camera mounting adjustments and stripping down and building up rigs, and it was inconvenient because only about a third of the bits were used for those purposes; sure, they came in handy for other things, but that wasn't the point. This guy is in charge of all of my SmallRig and Wooden Camera equipment, as well as my cameras and other miscellaneous items. It has a very small form factor and can be used almost anywhere. If you want, you can put it in your jeans' small change pocket. The construction is solid and the price is extremely low. It appeals to me. The tools are a little sloppy, but not in a cheap way. It appears that this is by design. Get one because it's not a high-risk item.

This is ineffective
3/5

This tool's concept appealed to me. Before you buy it, make sure you check it out thoroughly. It's beautifully crafted and presented- The tool, however, is useless (despite its numerous seemingly useful blades). The hex keys are oddly sized, and the flat blade serves as a coin substitute. However, it is a long one. It was given to me for use in my video and photography studio. It can be used as a paperweight. But that's about it.
