A one-year warranty is included with this kid's tool set.
I examined the set that I had bought for my son. The origins are not stamped on the tools themselves. China is written on the bag's tag. As a result, I'm afraid I'm guessing it was made there. But, if you're talking about odor rather than craftsmanship, I can assure you that the items did not stink. The quality, on the other hand, is quite good. I've used them a couple of times when I've been too lazy to go to my toolbox.
The screwdrivers' tips are magnetic, to be sure.
No, I'm afraid I've only seen them as part of the sets. You might be able to find a pair of regular safety glasses for your child at Lowe's or Home Depot.

My 7-year-old granddaughter was thrilled with this present. A small saw, a $2 nail apron, an assortment of nails and screws, and a basket of wood scraps were among the items I added. This is an excellent set. The tools are precisely sized and constructed to resemble real tools rather than toys. The gender-neutral bag is large enough to hold everything and comes with safety glasses. She made a picture frame right away and was quite pleased with herself.
I gave it to the crumbsnatcher to keep his little tentacles away from my precious tools. The "safety glasses" were broken seconds after he opened the package. I'm not sure if it was the defective product or the destructive offspring, but I hold both of them responsible. The bag is holding up well, and the tools are adequate for their purpose. This tool set is ideal for beginners. This is not a professional grade product. So his mother didn't wake up to a brand new doo, I made the scissors vanish shortly after opening.
These are tools made of REAL heavy steel or hardened metal! It's a large bag. Unless you have a lot of stuff to put in the kit, it's way too big! br>D/T Because the tools are heavy and have the potential to cause serious injury, my grandson will not use them unless his father is present and wearing his safety glasses. It's probably best for children over the age of six who are supervised. br>Other than that, excellent quality!.
I bought her this tool set as well as visegrips, screwdrivers, and levels so she wouldn't have to use mine; these are real tools that anyone can use. If you're a first-time homeowner with no tools, I recommend starting with this inexpensive set.
This is an excellent starter toolkit for beginners. It includes a pocketed bag made by a true Craftsman. It's better than the majority of adult tool sets that come with bags. This tool set includes a tool bag, safety glasses (which fit my four-year-old perfectly), a hammer, pliers, scissors, a phillips head screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, a tape measure, and a crescent wrench. All of them were perfect for my son to hold and use in the proper manner. I'll admit that he's been bugging his father and me about bringing his tools and going to work. This is an essential gift for any young man or woman who enjoys working with their hands. As you can see in the photo, we gave my son a board and some nails and demonstrated how to do it before allowing him to do it on his own. Of course, if you're thinking about getting this, keep in mind that it's a gift that needs to be carefully supervised. If you're on the fence about buying this set, you should just go ahead and do it. The quality alone makes this set and price worthwhile.
This was a gift for my 6-year-old son for Easter, and he has been enjoying it every weekend since. The products, including the bag, are of good quality and far superior to some of the other children's tools I've bought. I thought the price was a little high at first, but after seeing the quality, I'm glad I went ahead and bought it. br>br>The tape measure is probably my only gripe. Of course, kids want to stretch it as far as they can before snapping it back. A "lower quality" tape measure with a shorter strip or weaker pull might be appropriate, as the end can fly around and be a hazard. Of course, good parenting and teaching them about eyewear works as well, so there are no points deducted from my product score.
NOTE: My opinion is based on the fact that I bought it for a TODDLER who enjoys working with his father! My son is my husband's shadow and wants to do everything! We're renovating an entire house, and he wants to do it all! It was critical that he have his own tools! I'm aware that the kit is designated as a junior 8 set for children. But I was hoping it was at least half the size of the tools my husband usually owns. All of the other tools, in my opinion, were the size of regular tools except for the hammer, which was kid-sized. If you took the screwdriver and tossed it in with my husband's collection of screwdrivers, you'd get a laugh. You wouldn't be able to tell which one is for the kids because it would blend in. The bag is enormous in comparison to the number of items that come with the set and fit inside it; it is basically all open space, which is great if you have more items to add to it! It's a fantastic bag that will last a long time. quality. The tools are also of excellent quality. As I previously stated, I wish that all tools, not just the hammer, were smaller. Both the scissors and the tape measurer are quite small. Scissors in the size of a typical child's.
These tools are the right size for his hands, and he takes great pride in keeping his toolkit tidy and organized.
