The tool did have one problem a broken spring. I felt this was my fault and have since informed the company as much as possible. It's at least a minimum expectation that every customer will be responded to, whether they are sending me a free replacement spring or not. There is a possibility that they treat their bigger industrial clients more well than the mere mortals that order their products from them. A wider 2-inch would probably be better for you It is better to have a 1/2 inch model on hand just in case of a tube larger A week or so after using the tool, I now find I'm in need of the wider model, however, due to the company's lack of customer service, I'm hesitant to purchase it. That aside, the tool is a very good choice for your toolbox. Purchasing something you need is the right thing to do.
You will find a way to use it if you don't have one yet. Make sure you get the squeezer as well- It has worked for all the tubes that are hard to squeeze. Throughout the day, I repaired two lawn mower hoods that had broken. I cleaned and stuck the edges together after making sure they were clean. The position is still in place. You've got some good stuff here.
Hand fatigue was an issue with applying RTV silicone to valve covers and oil pans until this tool was created. Furthermore, I am confident that the RTV tubes will produce less waste. Before recently, I was unaware of the existence of a solution for this, and while I will no longer squeeze RTV manually, I know I will never do so It will no longer be necessary to roll sockets over the tube.
It helps you lay down an even bead every time. You will not have to worry about cramps in your hands or fingers when you use this. Additionally, it uses silicone far more efficiently, so it pays for itself over time. To lay an even bead, this tool makes the job simple and the user can work faster than squeezing by hand. Forget the toothpaste tube rollers. This is the best tool available.
I am in love with these dispenser It reduces the waste of rubber sealant by allowing it to be applied to RVT oil sealant quickly and efficiently. These products are perfect to use for applying sealant to timing covers, oil pans, manifolds, etc. because they are so clean and come out better. This is a good product. Your decision will not be regrettable.
My god, I wish I would have known about this product before I ever used It is extremely difficult to apply a continuous bead of RTV. My hands will never cramp up or get stuck after using this tool, and there will never be any uneven beads or holes in the container.
If you plan on using silicone sealant to form in-place gaskets, this is a MUST HAVE. You have no risk of straining your hands or broken fingers if you do not want to use the sardine can opener.
This is something I would have been happy to own.
