Yes, you can find one for a lower price that works. In regards to the 3m products, you do not need this specific weapon to use them. That said, I do believe anyone who purchases it at this time, once they hold it in their hands and use it, will say that it is worth the money. There's just something about the gun that feels good and quality. There is a great finish on all sides, so if you want one that looks good, then you're set with this one. can feel its quality when you hold it, it's a very solid and sturdy piece. bought this gun for work I have to do on my Mustang involving the 200ml dual-tube fuel system These 220ml cartridges have become the standard way for auto body workers to dispense adhesives and fillers. Despite the high quality and expected longevity of this tool, the price (averaged around $50 at time of publication) is VERY reasonable based on the high quality and practicality of the product. In addition to providing smooth dispensing of material from cartridges with exceptional precision, the tool action is silky smooth. There is only one "criticism" I would have, and that would be that the tool's finish is almost too nice to get dirty with (the cartridge holder is a beautiful vibrant red glossy powdercoat offset with matte black on the handle and trigger).

I got this for a project for my home car. It works great, and it's I am not sure how to afford it, but it looks like it will last a long time, and I like what I see I used this solution for my application and it worked perfectly. A few tips The user's manual does not mention 3M epoxy, although it is mentioned on the web. It is recommended you get extra applicators unless you are going to use it all at the same time. Stack the old applicator on top of the new one as a cap seal, and replace it with the new one next time. A heat gun quickly cures it.
