I have used this gun with all kinds of caulk and it's always worked great. The range of latex caulk runs from thinner latex caulks like Megalastic to medium thin bodies like Lexel sealant and thicker urethane caulks like OSI QuadMAX, Sikaflex, Hybrids like the Dap 3 fall into this category. There is no need to worry about a 0 gun.
In short, yes. The number 303 This tool is designed to work with 306 ml tubes
This is supposed to be the case, but I have not had any luck with it, but it can squeeze some heavy chalk out of it

They work extremely well, and I have recommended them to my company, and over eight thousand installers are now using these because of their strength, ease of use, and reasonable price. It is a bit frustrating not to have the nozzle cutters, but since most guys in the field carry knives on hand it is not really a problem. We tested around 20 caulking guns, and this is the best one regarding the amount of caulking you can pump per pump. The perform well in temperatures both hot and cold 15f), clean easily after a tube blowout, and have a comfortable temperature range. I was responsible for selecting a better caulk gun for my company, and fortunately, I chose this one above the rest. (Yes, I know that this is quite a lot).
In 2015, I spent $23 on this gun. Five years have passed since it was installed. It is driving construction adhesive, silicone, or various caulks on almost every job I do since I am a professional. I use it as my gun. In addition to performing some maintenance, I try to keep it The cast aluminum grip and smooth action are the two things I most like about this camera. In any case, it is a very nice machine that I am delighted to have acquired. Compared to this one, every other gun I've ever owned seemed like a toy. Would it be worth it if you valued quality tools? What if it was the best gun out of all options? Hell to the no. This original review appears in the following publication Tajima is supposed to stop the flow of caulk or adhesive at the push of a button. Even so, it still requires you to release the thumb bar in order to relieve some pressure on the Depending on the nature of any caulking tool, it may be unrealistic to expect no material to flow after release of the trigger. I liked the design of the handle and the feel of the trigger because they were made out of The feel is excellent, as is the appearance. Several years ago, I purchased this gun and have been using it in the field regularly since then. we had to install extra springs into the mechanism in order to advance the plunger properly when the caulk or adhesive was down to the last quarter of the Otherwise, I would have to squeeze the trigger handle so hard that the plunger would slip. Therefore, I am happy I was able to fix my gun, but not impressed that such an expensive weapon would fail.
For over thirty years [since 1981], I have cursed the manufacturers of caulking guns, as I have used them almost daily in construction. The total amount spent on this trip was $10. Buying junk guns from Big Box stores that break or jam at the most inopportune time has the potential to waste $15. This is very strange how it keeps happening with such I will not repeat that mistake. It is impossible to imagine caulking without a caulking gun. In addition to the smaller guns listed above, I have the larger guns, since they are so prone to breaking [right in the middle of a large framing job where a broken gun means down time for 3 guys if there is no backup] that I keep 2 on hand simultaneously. It appears in the trailer as 3. Since I bought the Longbow I have thrown out all my other guns. The Longbow is built to last and I will not buy another one. To think that it took tool companies so long to figure this out is astonishing.
The gun I have here is nice. I like the longer length, as I no longer have to struggle with smashing tubes into the gun. The poker is a bit longer than other guns, which is useful for tight beading and is bent so you don't have to worry about it fluttering. There is one odd thing they did not include in this gun A It's handy to have one of these and I usually carry a knife as well, even though I carry a board cutter. Not a big deal, When you advance the tube, the gun also makes a squeaking sound, even with lubricant throughout. It's also not my favorite that the caulk goes into a curved part. As far as I am concerned, rigidity is better. In my case, I glued the tube and poker into the top of the gun with silicone so that the tube goes in from the side. As a whole, it's a solid product with a few quirks, but I believe it is going to get better over time.
It was important that the caulking gun have a high thrust ratio so that I can use thick adhesive. There's nothing better than this gun. A great price and easy application made this adhesive an excellent choice. I would definitely buy from this store.
Besides not having a spout cutter and not having a wide enough hook to hang on 2x lumber, here are a couple things I don't like about this gun. Besides that, it is one of the best caulk guns money can buy and I have zero doubt it will outlast any other gun on the job site. Another excellent product from Tajima.
The aesthetics and ergonomics of this product are astounding. Once you let go of the trigger, the flow ceases. Guns of this quality cost a lot more. At work, I do a lot of caulking and painting there have been several times when I forgot to release the rod on my old caulking guns and had to scrub caulking out of brand new carpet. Now you have nothing to worry about. Tajima has done it again with another superb product. My order for 32oz 18 just came in As well as this model, there is a one thrust ratio model.
Those who use caulking or tube adhesive should definitely check this out - it's totally amazing!.
