Attaching these shouldn't be a problem, but how?

You need a caulk that has a twist off nozzle to use these. In conjunction with the IOS Exterior caulk, I used these. This kind of caulk can only be cleaned up with mineral spirits because it can be quite expensive. After use, simply attaching a nail or cap to the nozzle will not solve the problem. If you are using the caulk again, leave the used nozzle attached, but unscrew the used one and replace it with a clean one that you have obtained from the store. I've used it several times now and it's a dream come true.

Caulk has a crack at the base of the nozzle on a new tube. Hopefully, this will fix the issue! Once we unscrewed the cracked one, we screwed on one of these and we are back to They fit a standard tube and are a standard size. Basically, there are threads into which the tube can be screwed, and there is a small hole.

While I assumed they would fit the typical tubing of caulk that homeowners buy, they appear to be designed for the larger tubes that contractors use. It should be stated in the description what size the product is.

This is a great tool for repairing windows

A new rear window had to be installed on my hatchback after the rear one had broken. I used urethane to make the new one. The nozzle wasn't attached to it, so that's a concern. I found these to fit well, worked great, and had a great clasp. Using it is a breeze. While I did not need a pack of this size, I now have extras on hand to use when the next need arises.

The caulk tube should have been hooked up to the caulk tube in some other way In general, they tend to push off with the material that passes.
