Questions & Answers

What part of the world does it come from?

The Japanese. This is a great The system is constantly used by us.

It would be great if you could attach the tool to a pole, so you wouldn't have to bend over while weeding crevices?

The design of this tool, however, means you can apply enough hand pressure to get into the crevices and dig them out. It's a very Japanese gardening instrument, so I doubt it would work as effectively with a pole. It is well known to me that Japanese gardeners are

What are the options for replacing the blade?

The product is very cheaply made, so I doubt this is true. In spite of the adverts, the blade could not cut through weeds. This product does not deserve the recommendation.

Having a favorite garden tool is important
5/5

It is a Spring ritual for me to pressure wash and clean the joint of my large brick patio. Aside from the Sidewalk Crack Weeder, I really like the Street Crack It wasn't until I browsed Amazon this year that I learned about it. It is a wonderful gadget/tool and I am so happy I ordered it. Weeding is quick and easy with this compact tool. The handle makes it easy to grip, and it is compact. This is the one tool I would probably want to own if I had to choose just In addition to being well made, it does the job almost perfectly and is reasonably priced as well. This tool has made my life so much easier and I actually look forward to weeding and edging now.

"Weed knife" is a very easy to use tool
4/5

The size of the item was smaller than what I had assumed based on the pictures, but I can live with that. A sheet of sheet metal is embedded in the wood handle, which gives the grip its waved appearance. Despite not having a sharp blade, it can quickly cut through weeds that grow above bricks, pavement, etc. What happens when you cut the tops off the weeds, but leave the roots intact? I was worried that they would come back right away, but they are actually quite slow to return. This is a quick and easy way to get rid of weeds from patio blocks and cracks in pavement, and is easier than removing them physically, but is less permanent. There is a likelihood that you will need to cut their tops off several times in order to keep them from returning.

I needed exactly what you had to say
5/5

A dense growth of moss and grass between the bricks on my walkway drove me insane. Amazon is where I spent a lot of time browsing different implements, and I ended up getting this one because it seemed inexpensive and like a low-quality solution It is a risk to try out something new. In the end, I ended up using this most.

It worked perfectly for weeds, moss, and dirt without much root coverage. By using this tool in conjunction with a longer lever, you will be able to With the best of both worlds, a fork type weeder (such as the Betus Manual Hand Weeder) was the perfect combination. By using this tool, I was able to quickly remove patches of weeds, then use the fork to weed out the rest I finished them off and pulled up the roots on them with a lever type tool this allowed me to complete the job more deeply A patch of root-bound plants.

Thank you for making this tool available
4/5

This is a sharp tool, so there are a few caveats. Easy to use. The application will be continued to be used. I bought this to weed my zeric rock garden that proved to be a problem A sharp tool does the job well, but there are some caveats to consider. It is best for those with smaller hands to use this tool. The size of my hands is medium women's hands, and I could use a bit more In the second concern, I am concerned about how I used it most effectively. The key to separating perennials from the grass or weeds is to hold them up and pull the cutting tool toward the hand. This can be done, if handled.

Performs the job as expected
4/5

Cuts between bricks and cracks as meant to be, is just what it's designed for. This blade is thin, but it appears to be strong and sharp. Nonetheless, you might not want it too sharp as a slip may cause you harm. At times, the handle length is a little short for a hand with gloves on a male, so it can be difficult to use. In this case, a 4 rating per size. If the handle was about 1 inch longer, it may have been.

An easy way to clean up with the best tool
5/5

All of these tools are now in the hands of my readers. The material is easy to use and applies quickly to cement, brick, or concrete sidewalk joints. It is best to use an electric knife sharpener to run it down each side of the joint at an angle - you need to sharpen each end on both sides. Let the tool do the work, and you won't have to worry. You will have less success if you press harder. This tool may not work, for example, if your cement sidewalk has worn down rough joints [pebbles] or if it is made of irregular pavers. I am tall, so this used to be a backbreaking task [I am really The zip file. It sweeps. I almost had fun with that!.

It's a nice small tool to weed with
5/5

To cut or dig out the weeds between the crevices of a sidewalk or driveway, this small weeding tool comes in handy. According to another review, I agree that this tool should be larger in order to be more user-friendly. All in all, it's a good product!.

For such a small package, it is quite impressive
5/5

did not expect it to be so good, but it was easy to use and I found it to be quite amazing. Great tool for weed picking, cut down my weed pulling time, and got rid of the little weeds that I have trouble getting a hold of.
