I've had my first set for two years and haven't needed to sharpen it yet. br>(However, unlike curved or coated blades, they would be a dream to sharpen, based on my experience with abnormal blades). The blades are the perfect length, and the handles are long enough to reach shrubs and trees that need to be shaped and kept tidy. Topiary is like a fantasy come true! br> After each use, I wipe them down and spray the blades with WD40 to keep them in good shape. The cut is SHARP, even, and precise, with no tearing to prevent fungal infection of the leaves. br>I just needed a second pair for the backyard storage chest and didn't hesitate!.
These will be your final pair of shears. Shaping the bushes is a breeze with this tool.
Light weight, razor-sharp edges, and a straightforward design I tried them right away when they arrived. Very precise cuts, no problem using them for long periods of time, and they arrived with a ((boom)) delivery.
Simply put, this is an outstanding tool. These scissors are appealing to me. I'm hoping it'll last a long time for me.
These shears appeared to be flimsy and poorly constructed at first glance. I've only had them for a few weeks and haven't had much opportunity to use them, but they are the sharpest shears I've ever used. I wish the pivot point was more solid and smooth, but they are, for the most part, exactly what they claim to be.
