I have just bought another. It took me a while to get another after I'd spent all of Saturday and Sunday pruning lemon trees, a tangelo, and a 30x60 row of geraniums, all of which had been damaged by wind storms for the past The pruners I purchased in June 2020 have been with me for five months or more, and I love them even more now. I loved the way it fit, the length was just right, and it was While gloves were recommended in the first review, they do not need to be worn EXCEPT in cases of citrus trees which have two-foot stems. Those thorns are an inch long! Once every other time I use the blades or whenever there is sap on the stems, I spray the blades with WD40. This is a highly recommended pair of cushions, and I am planning to buy another pair for the A compact trimming pruner is just what I was looking for! Over the years, I have owned many different types, but this one has been by far the most comfortable and simple There are two patios with several flowering plants (including large fountain grasses), two trees, and several bushes, and when spring comes, they all need to be pruned. Trimming is needed for several plants to ensure that they grow in the right direction. My pointed pruner was designed to cut through branch tips, but one that could also cut through old growth was also desired. Choosing this product was an easy decision, and it performs extremely well. The weight is perfect for my hand and it fits Although I had two Wilkinson pruners for 50 years, this one is more comfortable even for long jobs. I'll be getting rid of my old two Wilkinson pruners. This product is no longer made, so it was a blessing in disguise I could never have discovered the MLTOOLS Ultra Sharp 6 without it. A compact trimming bypass pruner of 5 inches. Although they are comfortable, I advise wearing gloves during more tedious trimming tasks. If necessary, you can rub these blades with sewing machine oil or WD-40 after they have been cleaned.
My name is 78 and I am a skeptic who is picky. No matter how good a tool is, I am usually disappointed to find some fault or defect in it. It doesn't bother me at all. The pruners here are exactly as fine as it can get, in my opinion. Although they were a bit smaller than the usual bypass pruners, they fit my larger hands with little change since my hands were molded to the pruners. A great deal of thought went into the fit and finish. A manufacturer's attention to detail is uncommon these days, so it is obvious that they spent extra time on it. There is just the right amount of spring in the cutting action Fast cutting is possible without fatigue if the back is supported. The blade lock is, in my opinion, one of the best parts. It is absolutely the best. Easy access, extremely smooth operation, and appears to be strong and durable. I will purchase one to spare while they are still available. It will be a real pleasure to work with them.
It's been months now that they've remained sharp. It causes me a lot of trouble when I use my right hand because of arthritis. This trimmer is a little heavier than others I have used in the past. I really like the feel of the wider hand and how they fit my palm well. It is a weed nursery where I deal with plants all day, so my work requires them to stay sharp for months now. It has become their favorite task to trim the buildings. The 5 pairs I purchased are as a result of now giving every one of my employees their own pair so they would not wear mine.
On the handles I think there is silicon or rubber, but they are comfortable for my arthritic hands and because they are sharp, I find them to be As well as the lock, it can be easily moved. My favorite pair is so great that I'm going to buy another pair!.
There is a blade made of stainless steel, however the rest of the knife is made of a A handle broke when I tried to trim branches of approximately 14" in diameter.
It is so appealing to me that I have two pairs of them since I am constantly putting them back where I found them when The conventional Japanese Ikebana clippers are far too difficult to use for me, but these are relatively easy.
As far as the quality is concerned, it is It is my opinion that these cutters are best for small twigs like roses, light trimming, etc. They are not strong enough to cut large, woody branches (unless you have a really These are great for work that is lighter in nature! A couple of pairs of shoes were bought for the wife.
My old clippers were worn out so I bought these to replace them. These are very similar to the brand, but I couldn't find the same. I can fit my hand in them The size is not too large Every time I go after something, I prune it to some degree. These are fine for a lot of things, except for big branches which need something else.
