My old Fiskers shears broke when the set screw that held the blades together at the back fell out. Then I realized that design is difficult to change. br>I became interested in Martha Stewart shears as a result of this. br>br>If the blade-holding bolt and nut fail, they should be simple to replace. br>I like how the shears are designed. br>br>However, they are small shears, with a blade that is approximately 6 inches long. Please see the attached photos. You could simply get some scissors instead. br>It took less than 5 minutes from the time I placed the order to receive it. It was not possible to cancel it on Amazon's website. br>They're also pricey when compared to other shears in the market, especially given their size. br>br>I haven't tried the shears yet, so I can't comment on how well they work. The two blades, on the other hand, appear to glide smoothly.
Yes, the blades were smaller than expected, but seriously, I don't see it as a problem. I must be getting old because when using my other shears, they can become heavy when holding them up for a long period of time. These are incredible!.
These Martha Stewart shears are razor-sharp and simple to operate. In a flash, I was able to dispose of all of my old plants.
Great product! They're of good quality and have held up well.
