Perfect, but use caution because they are extremely sharp.
I looked everywhere for the shears' manufacturer but couldn't find it. This, on the other hand, is fantastic.
I'm not sure if one is available, but it didn't come with it.
The length of the unit is 8 inches from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. The blade measures 2 inches in length and is ideal for floral arrangements or deadheading roses.

The sharpness was a source of concern for other reviewers. It's razor-sharp to the point of being awe-inspiring I spend a lot of time in the yard, maintaining the flower beds in great detail. This tiny pruner has saved me a lot of time when it comes to deadheading and winter pruning of perennials, including roses. Because bypass pruners don't give you as much control when cleaning dead small stems, I used the bypass pruner to hack at the plants. My miniature roses have never looked better after pruning than they do now. I'm hoping that the finer and more detailed cuts will improve the appearance of the gardens this spring.
These are a good compromise between larger curved pruners and microtip trimmers. I bought them for harvest season. When I don't want to use my regular tiny trimmers, having that narrow tip handy for separating branches comes in handy. But I always worry that if I try to cut something that they can't, I'll break them. I'm worried the handle will come loose from the scissor. I spent a long time debating whether or not to spend 2. I regret not spending the extra money on a quality brand because I know how quickly these cheapos will need to be replaced.
After the first use, they became rusted, and I am unable to return them.
Except in one case: They require the use of a small black strap to close them, which can be inconvenient; however, they're fantastic, which is why I ordered a second pair after misplacing the first. The ones with the green handles are easily misplaced - What's more, wouldn't you know it- The missing ones arrived the day after I received the new ones I had ordered. It was the red handles that threw me off - When he emptied yet another barrow full of clippings and leaves, he noticed them in the leaf pile.
Wow, these are extremely well-made and precise. They're like butter when it comes to cutting through flower stems. They were purchased specifically for deadheading the plants in my container garden. They're smaller, which makes them more comfortable in my hands, and the spring action is very pleasant. My hands are weak due to a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome that has yet to be treated. These are not a problem for me to use. They are covered by a lifetime warranty. After each use, the instructions say to clean and oil, which I intend to do. This purchase has made me very happy.
"Professional" is not a word that comes to mind when I think of this item. These clippers will never cut well, no matter how hard you try to sharpen them. When you try to use the blades, they don't connect. There is a void. Tightening the clippers at the pivot point would be a simple fix, but this is a rivet, not a screw or bolt. I suppose you could whack it with a hammer and hope for the best, but then again, I didn't pay a lot for them. On the plus side, the clippers' point is razor-sharp.
I made use of the GPPS- 1008 snips are used to cut through vine-like centipede grass that grows around sprinkler heads and is difficult to cut with regular grass snippers. These snips are razor-sharp and easily cut through thick centipede grass runners, and unlike other shears, the grass does not bind the blades and keep them closed. The tension in the spring is exactly right. neither too strong nor too weak The rubber stretch clip that keeps the snips closed for storage works fine, but I doubt it will last very long. A mechanical lock would have been preferable to me. Because the blades are shorter than regular grass shears, I wouldn't use them for large trimming jobs like walkways, but they're ideal for flower trimming and light pruning.
