Questions & Answers
Hi, I have roses in my garden as well, and I use the Gonicc 8 pruning shears to prune them. When it comes to pruning, I've had no issues with them. They are new, and I recently purchased them. So far, I am pleased with them; they are light weight in comparison to the brand I previously purchased. That's important to me because I have arthritis, and using the heavier shears used to severely limit my gardening time. The Gonicc shears made it a lot easier, and they didn't lose their edge. I hope this has provided you with some insight into your query.
20 years ago, I purchased a Gonicc model that was less expensive. They were the most dependable shears I'd ever owned, and I used them to cut a lot of green brier and shrubs. They are still in use by me. They had a hard plastic handle that cracked, so I replaced it with metal and kept using them. They haven't rusted yet, but I don't leave them outside in the elements. Because of the name and the fact that they are made of metal, I decided to purchase a new pair. These have the same features as the first pair, but they're made of metal and are more comfortable to wear. So far, they've been excellent shears, but I've only had them for a year. They come highly recommended from me.
There are no indications of where they are manufactured. They appear to be of good quality, and they cut cleanly.
The blade does not fit into a rubbery grove on the other side, but it is very sharp and stays centered perfectly.

The shears arrived on time and are razor-sharp, making them ideal for trimming bushes and small branches in my yard; as for durability, we'll see; however, after inspecting the construction, I don't expect them to fall apart. The locking tab is the only thing that disappoints me. It didn't want to interact with me. So I disassembled it (simple phillips screw) to figure out what was going on. I reassembled it using a phillips screw (which holds the two halves of the locking device together, but not as tightly as before). For a few uses, that seemed to be enough. It wouldn't latch again after that. As a result, I'm going to give it another shot. Except for this one perplexing flaw, I'd give it five stars.
For the price, NO OTHER PRUNER COMPARES! sharp, strong, and exceptionally well-made workhorse - ROAR! You've GOT TO APPRECIATE IT WHEN PRODUCTS ARE MADE WITH PRIDE AND QUALITY IN MIND! When this gardening tool was advertised as a lightning deal, I had no idea what to expect. The fear of missing out on a good deal means there isn't enough time to shop around. However, being disappointed and having to return products that sounded great in the reviews but made me feel duped and conned once they arrived - gave me a good reason to take a breath. As the clock ticked down on this lightning deal, I dashed over to my overflowing cart (of unsure, hastily added items ranging from plumbing repair parts to a stun gun). gun and aromatherapy oil) and hit "save for later" (a few times) until the container was empty - with the exception of this one purchase br>br>both the price and the reviews appeared to be "too good to be true" - Nonetheless, I took a chance and was blown away by the design, functionality, and strength of the tool in slicing through my neighbor's overgrown trees and the damage their roots caused to my driveway. This tool completely changed my life by turning a tedious task into a fun activity! It worked so well that I was actually on the lookout for more plants. This is like a high-end race car that's ready to go. sweat-soaked clothes- An opportunely timed cool breeze greets equity - as you take pleasure in the fruits of your labor.
I got these as part of a daily deal and am so glad I did! Because I have arthritis in my hands, the mechanism on these makes snipping even larger branches a breeze. I was not under any kind of pressure. They have a nice heft to them in the hand, as well as a comfortable shape that doesn't dig in. They're razor-sharp, and they cut quickly and cleanly. Gardening is one of my favorite things to do, and these make it even more enjoyable. What a fantastic purchase!.
" I bought these anvil pruning shears in September 2016 and used them successfully until September 2017, when the blade-securing screw broke, causing the spring to be damaged beyond repair. The shears performed admirably during the year I had them (cutting small branches up to 3/4" in diameter). After a year of use, the shears broke, so I looked on Amazon for a different brand to buy. However, I later discovered that Gonicc offers a lifetime warranty. I emailed Gonicc, and within a few hours, they had sent me a promotional code to use on Amazon to get free replacement pruning shears. I am happy to report that the replacement shears are working fine, and that Gonicc provides excellent customer service. I will buy from Gonicc again when I need similar gardening equipment!.
These pruners are made with a low cost in mind. They're perfect for deadheading flowers and soft stems up to 3/8" thick. I am dissatisfied with the product's quality. The blades aren't very sharp, and the cuts aren't very clean; They are more likely to crush than to cut. It was a huge let down.
A new product was sent out, and the beginning of this review is outdated. I'm leaving it up because it was my one-star review at the time. The Manf. hasn't stopped since then. has contacted me and sent me a new set of shears, as well as a request that I update my review to reflect the new product, which I have done and updated to 5 stars. Not only is it a fantastic pair of pruning shears, but the company went above and beyond to compensate for the initial poor product; I'm very impressed. *
br>The new shears were designed to be far more durable. They're just as sharp, but even after hours of cutting finger-width branches, the shears felt nice and tight. They still feel as good as they did when they were first opened after hours of use. br>br>I was very impressed with the product as well as the company's willingness to back it up. Leaving the original, one-of-a-kind, one-of-a-kind, Below is a five-star review. br>br>If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words So I see a lot of positive reviews for this product, and either I got a dud or these people have never used high-quality pruning shears. br>br>(This is in reference to the first product shipped; nothing below applies to the new version sent out; if anyone else received a dud, please contact the manf. ) They appear sincere in their desire to correct the situation. )br>br>br> This was purchased to aid in the removal of some small scrub elms that had sprouted up in my yard. The shears are light, which would be a plus if they weren't so poorly built. br>br>If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words The entire product was extremely loose, with significant play in all directions. They were sharp enough to get the job done, but they were of lower quality than the 15-year-old ones I'd been using. It's fine for cutting soft woods, but it's not up to the task of harder work. I'm not sure what I expected for the price, but after reading all of the positive reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with the much older tools I was using. br>br>If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words Instead of spending the money on this, I should have gone to have my old one sharpened. br>br>If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words After two hours of use, the tool, which had already had far too much play for my liking, was noticeably looser.
