In a nutshell, I have used several wall detectors before, and this is one of the most accurate ones I've ever used. Despite my tendency to do most of my projects around the house, I need to confess that I have not always had confidence in this tool However, I can tell you right now that it detects wood and metal studs without a problem and gives me all the confidence I need to drill through them. Besides providing me with exact location on the stud, the audible sound also allows me to pinpoint its center. I couldn't have asked for a better price at this price point.

Zircon stud finders have never satisfied me with their accuracy or consistency, although I have had one for years. There are times when it says there is a stud present, but it is off just enough that I miss it. The tool is also kept in a tool bag with other tools, and because it does not have a power button, sometimes other tools press the read button, draining It's nice to see an actual power switch on this sensor. There is a selectable multi-language feature Lastly, the modes are very good. The backlit display is much easier to read and provides excellent feedback telling you whether to move right or left to locate the center. Moreover, you can use this unit to determine whether a power wire inside the wall is live.

The one I am using is more effective than the others I have used previously. There is so much more to this stud finder than just finding nails. My house has one room made of metal studs, which serves as a means for detecting live wires in the wall as well as live wires. The steel was important for finding studs in the room where I wanted to hang shelving. There was no issue finding the studs. This is what I did. I was up and working on my project in no time. I am very pleased with the unit.

There are more functions than you could ever wish for on this device. I thought the packaging was excellent to begin with. Listed in the picture is the product, but not the plastic container in which it arrived. You even got the battery you need included with the package! The box contains instructions, the stud finder itself, and the battery itself! I have used other stud finders in the past, but this one is by far more accurate and A great deal of accuracy is achieved with all search functions. A gliding pad is located on the top, middle, and bottom of the device to allow for effortless wall or ceiling navigation!.

I bought the previous version a short time ago and it was a great product. This one is even better, it's material-based. It feels good to be wise. As expected, it performs well. There is a percentage meter on the screen, which I found to be incredibly The previous model would cause misreadings due to my hand, but I did not experience that issue this time around. Sometimes when scanning the same place, I would receive a different reading. The measurement was 100% accurate when I tested it in the same place and with the same hole that I made previously. This is a superb product that I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Since I started doing installation work in my studio in 2008, this is my third stud finder purchase, and my fifth in total. The detector worked perfectly for a number of tasks before I left this review, and this is definitely worth your time. I like the interface because it is straight forward and easy to use, but more importantly because the program is accurate It wouldn't be fair to mention all the mistake holes I've had to deal with due to unreliable stud finders, but suffice to say there have been more than enough. FINALLY, we had reached the end of the road. This is a tool that should be in your toolbox.

It is true that the scanner will be able to detect stud edges, but what makes it so useful is the ability to recognize stud centers. You're saving me a lot of time there!.

This would have been a great purchase sooner rather than later! The display is extremely accurate and easy to read. My favorite feature of the tool is the automatic AC wire finder while scanning for studs. I strongly recommend it!.
