Questions & Answers

Would anyone care to explain the meaning of the word 'pack' for the word 'single' in the English ?

This is a package that can be 1 or many in number. It means multiple if there is a number before it.

Is there a difference between the basic package and the premium package?

There was only one magnet in it when I bought it. After contacting the seller, they explained they had only ever sold one at a time in the past.

In a pack, how many are there?

I am amazed at how unclear they make it seem. My unit arrived after about eight weeks and it only took me one. However, it does work well.

How can I locate joists under carpeted floors with this tool?

My walls are 3/4 inches thick, and it finds the studs easily, but there is no carpeting in the room. Perhaps you should give it a try, nothing harm can come of it. If it finds the tacking on the carpeted side walls through carpet thickness, it may even find the joists as well. My best answer is that I cannot describe it in words.

It's the best stud finder on the market
5/5

My favorite stud finder, for finding the center of metal studs. I've used a variety of other neodymium magnets, but they're too precise to find the center, and unprotected magnets leave marks on This magnet's spherical shape lets you move it around, so you can put it right in the middle after figuring out where it sticks best. Magnets are strong enough to cling to steel studs through drywall up to 5/8" thick. If I am drilling a large hole for a toggle bolt, I do not rely on screw locations to find the center if it is a very large hole. I typically drill a 1/2" hole for the toggle bolt, and a 1. 25" hole for the bolt head. The metal studs measure 25 inches wide, so there is very little room for The studball I got has never failed to find the center of a stud on my first shot since I got it. It will not leave marks on the wall due to its rubber housing. There is a bit of a price spike here, and I wish it were cheaper, but it is still an enjoyable experience. Having already bought a second one, I immediately bought a third one if I lose one or the other. The studfinders are great for finding wood or metal studs when paired with a separate electronic stud finder (e. g. to locate the stud first is a great idea, as it speeds up the process, and then I use the studball to confirm and to find the center of the stud. In the event that you only need to find studs occasionally, and you're not doing this for a living, you can get by with the stud ball alone. In conclusion, you won't be disappointed if you choose to buy (The only downside is I haven't found an effective way to store it so that it will not stick to other This is true for many neodymium stud finder products as well. My plan is to eventually make some kind of protective foam case for it. I wish it came with something or had a protective case available as an accessory).

Stud Finder is the most reliable tool on the market
5/5

It was always frustrating when I used conventional stud finders since they always showed a false positive. As far as I'm concerned, these are all I use my old ones are at the thrift store. The tools I use with my vertical line laser enable me to locate screws in drywall over wood framing. Using the magnet on a screw, I use the laser to create a pattern with painters tape so I can determine where the cabinet built-ins will be, where the handrail brackets will be, and so on. I think this is one of the best ideas Furthermore, the rubber casing prevents marks from becoming visible on the wall. It sticks to the loose change inside my pocket as I slap it on my leg. I love it!.

See a video on drywall disassembly to learn how to fast disassemble walls
5/5

The following are reasons why I have dismissed magnetic nail finders There was no success with them. We find this to be much more efficient. If you have a vertical line laser, you can easily mark all the nails and screws just by sticking it to the drywall. It's strong enough to stick to drywall just covering sheetmetal studs. the screws and nails have been marked, they can be removed by the two of you. The CRL 13" Pipe Handle Cut-Off is available for purchase If you have a knife, and you cut the joints, you can dismantle walls with little mess in less time that it would take The Hulk to smash and clean it You can gain greater insight by watching the YouTube video.

Whether you're looking for a nail or a screw head, this is the item for you
4/5

In this product, you can precisely discover the location of a nail/screw head, but for that you need to know where the nail or screw is located in relation to the product. Finding the general location is not that easy because you have to bounce back and forth. For removing nails/screws, I find it easier to use CH Hanson 03040 Magnetic Stud Finder, but it is less accurate than an eyeball for finding the exact nail/screw head. There is an easier way to do it with this tool. Compared to the Hanson, it's a little more convenient for simply finding a stud location. As both are good and worth having in a toolbox, I would say that both are worth having. As well as a magnetic stud finder, I have an electronic stud finder that is decent and I sometimes use it to help locate the location of the stud, but I always confirm it with the electronic finder. Rack-type racks are really all you need The Tier and the Hanson are fast and do not need to be replaced. If I didn't already own the electronic finder, however, I would probably avoid buying.

That's right, it works that well, and it's too easy to mess up! The fastest, simplest, simplest, most convenient and most compact cleaning system ever invented
5/5

The operation is done by hand You can swing the bit until it sticks to a nail or screw head, then let it go and it will stay in place while you mark or drill, until you are ready to remove it. Engineers often use the term "elegant simplicity", and I think this puppy fits the bill. One of its strengths is the fact that it is not With no batteries, buttons, beeps, or flashing lights to have an awkward time holding while you mark, this is the way to go. There is no risk to failure (unless your dog gnaws through it). Put the plastic side of the nailhead to the wall, otherwise it will look like someone drew a line around the nailhead in.

It's great to have such a magnetic ball
5/5

One of the best, most accurate, easiest to use tools on the market. The two electronic stud finders I used to have have been retired. Magnetic balls can be a little tricky to use, but once you get the hang of it, they are extremely I will attach the magnetic to a dry wall nail or screw and hang it on the wall until I get a small piece of painters tape to place on the wall where I want it. When I searched for the center of the stud with the electronic devices, I was never quite sure where it was. It wasn't as accurate as they claimed. This stud finder does not require batteries as an additional bonus!.

The little gadget really does live up to its name
5/5

I have never seen anything like this before. There are a lot of stud finders in my toolbox, but none of them are really accurate when it comes to metal studs. Even the magnetic stud finder from the competition is hit and I really like the way this works. The metal studs on each side of the wall are felt as I roll the tool along the wall. During the first three or four applications, it can be tricky to feel the screws, but once you get a feel for it, it can be incredibly useful. I've used it with wood studs as well, but it takes longer to find the right If I need to determine wood walls, I will stick to a conventional deep wall stud finder. These metal studs will be the recipients of this gem.
