Several features are lost due to the smaller length. Due to its small size, it is ideal for some applications however, it loses the ability to work with applications that use There are several holes (good for clamping, but not this Which is hard to do. Basically, it's a magnet that sticks up). Both imperial and metric measurements are used. Sadly, the article begins at 0 and continues to 0
In my first project, I found it most useful in setting the depth of my router table and checking the angle of my chop and table saw. On reading this first time, there are no markers, which was not obvious to me. The longer version would be ideal for chop saws and table saws, so you can get a true reading at a distance. It would be nice if there was a short video showing all the tricks people have found to use it.
As you can see in the photos, most of the triangle's markings are underlined but none of them are highlighted. The marks are hard to see without some paint or something. Otherwise, I'll try to make something out of them. As others have mentioned, the scales on the legs making up the right angle corner do not go all the way to zero, which means nothing below 1/8" is marked on one scale and no less than 5mm on the other. With the correction of those two problems, it would be amazingly powerful.
With this Triangle Set Up Block from WoodRiver, I am able to set up my workshop in just 5 minutes every day!.
It's necessary to have an accurate setup while woodworking, and this one fulfills that need!.
