The answer is no if you mean an 8" table saw blade. It is intended for bandsaw tension settings only, not table saws.

What is the finish of the product, powder coated or anodized?

The anodized part is black in color. With power coat, they may not be able to get the right fit.

IN WHAT COUNTRY IS YOUR ORIGIN FOUND?

In my case, the paper work states, "This tool is made in the United States." As you know, I like mine as it is heavy, well made, accurate, and most importantly does the job for which it was designed.

This product costs a lot, but it meets its claims and does what it was designed It is always better to spend more for a higher quality product than less for a lower quality one.

I've had this one for a while and it works really well every time. It came in a great case that is well padded. Tools made by Starrett are typically of this type.
