The first thing I did when I received these was take my 1 inch outside mic outside. The measurements were either dead nuts or half a thousand off for each of these (my mic is a Starrett and calibrated once a year at work in a military facility) and I measured them all. In comparison to other sets I have seen with half as many blocks this was the best and all of the blocks are flat, so a -shaped tub cannot be added. A 002 feeler gauge is positioned underneath, on the top of the table saw. You should buy them as soon as they are available. I am writing this while the set I am writing about is sold out. This case is nice, as it holds them snugly in tight foam, however, you might be able to make a wooden box to hold.
According to my calipers, all of these are exactly the same thickness. There is a problem in that the thinner bars do not lay The look on their faces tells me everything I need to know. I am really disappointed that the 1/16" bar is curved because it would probably be one of my most used bars, which is the other half of my motivation for getting.
The measurement was spot on. . . The finish is flawless, and the case is of good quality. Setup of the table saw and router is going to be a breeze with this.
It has saved me a lot of time in the shop using these EANOSIC setup blocks. Those cheaters are 5). These EANOSIC setup blocks are so great since I can use touch to verify my eyes in setups, and they are a lot faster and easier for setups than trying to use my ruler and cheater glasses. I am certain even with perfect vision these blocks would be so helpful. As far as my calipers are concerned, the blocks are all the stated size and that is certainly close enough for metal working and woodworking. It looks great with the red anodized aluminum and prints the sizes clearly as well. The sturdy case they provide for storage should keep everything safe. I was pleased with the flatness when stacking them, but they do have too many dimensions to stack them consistently for good setups. I've used them on a number of projects, and the tongue and groove end joining of two pieces of walnut to create a solid panel was one of the first ones where they It was quite easy to make the measurement from the shaper's bed using an EANOSIC setup block as it overhung the inserts and measured from the main bed on either side. This cannot be done with a 1" steel ruler held vertically as it falls on the inserts. It did just as well for my other setup that I used in my pictures, which was a bandsaw. I appreciate that they include a 123 block as well. It's great to have another of these because even though it is solid, has no plain or threaded holes, I find myself using the elongated cardboard ruler more often than a steel ruler when measuring 1, 2, or 3 inches. If you do woodworking, I recommend buying a set of these, they work wonderfully and save a lot of time setting up.
The first time you used set up blocks, you are missing out on something big. These are superior than Woodpeckers or other big brands, and they will save you serious cash. How work these set up blocks? Very well done! There is a consistent finish and excellent quality. This is done by annoyance. They measure exactly as advertised and are in agreement with the measurements I checked. A digital caliper was used at the I would say that for WW, 001 is close enough! As these are easily dented, bent, and loose
I love the assortment, and the case is great, as these are easy to dent and bend. Highly.
