It is impossible for me to give a positive rating I saw the thing fall apart

Within the first 24 hours of use, the tape had entirely loosen up, then stopped retracting completely. There was no indication of any wound tape remaining in the wound frame even after the outer layers of wound tape slipped off the reel. A mess such as this cannot be tolerated on a field project and left us without a tape measure halfway through.
