br>They appear to be very powerful, with a hard shell and excellent lighting; however, I'm not sure if they'll be taken outside because they're easily seen at any time of day or night. br>These solar lights are great for nighttime landscape lighting or roadside signs. I use them to illuminate the plants in the yard at night, making them stand out and appear more beautiful. This company and these fantastic products come highly recommended.
I've only had them for a few weeks, and we've only had two days of sunshine thus far. I'm impressed with how well they still close up after a cold rainy day, and how bright they are as decoration lighting or as a way to cover the driveway/walk path. They last about 6 hours on high setting after a sunny day. The photo I've included was taken on a very cloudy day and hasn't been touched up in any way. The quality of the construction is excellent, and the material is thick and durable. Unlike the ones I had from a big box store, which felt cheap and only lasted a few months, I believe these will last a long time. br>br>Benefits: br>br> br>High-quality materials and workmanshipbr>Adequate brightnessbr>Easy to set upbr>br>Con: br>It's a little difficult to read the manual because of the small font. I'm not sure if I'm old enough to need reading glasses.
You can see how bright it is in the photo, and that is on the low power setting; it has rained, but the light has not been harmed. From one sunny day straight out of the box, the light stayed lit and bright all night (after later reviewing porch camera). I'm going to go out and buy some more, and I recommend you do the same.
It works well, but it only lasts from dusk to dawn. When I get up, it's still on, but it's not lit. As far as I can tell, it only lasts about 4 or 5 hours, so I'll have to find another solution for our flag. I'll keep this one because I can use it in other places, but it doesn't last long enough to light the flag. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>Within minutes of receiving my review, the seller graciously replaced the original light with a new one that appears to work better. The seller went above and beyond what was expected of him.
OMG! These are the most amazing things I have ever seen. It must have a large amount of solor on hand. They continue to come on even after three days of rain. I bought four of them for the front of the house. At night, it's quite lovely. They're still on before the sun even rises in the morning! Excellent value for money. Over the years, I've had a variety of them and have learned that they are a waste of money. I've had them for a few months, and due to Florida's summer rain, they don't get a full charge. They do, however, appear every night. They have a large, adjustable solor panel that is difficult to see at night. It arrived in good condition, with no issues, and it was ready to use the same night.
This product is fantastic; it lasts all night on the low power setting. It cannot, however, be attached to a flagpole. I have a 25' pole, so I used two zip ties to secure the wall mount to the pole (I used clear zip ties, so you can't see them). If that's what you're wondering, the light unit is very securely attached to the pole and cannot fall down. This is a thing.
This is a very bright light. In bright mode, I believe it could light up a flag up to 20 feet high. The description is slightly misleading because it does not allow you to rotate it to point straight up. You can angle the stake so that the light shines straight up. The solar panel must remain aligned with the light, so keep that in mind when deciding where to put it and how much sunlight it will receive. It appears to remain on for the duration specified in the description, possibly a little longer.
I'm extremely disappointed! I could have found something cheaper but with more "burn" time for the price I paid; I charged these for three days straight in the sun twice, but they only burned for two hours on high beam when I turned them on. Low beam for 3 hours. I'm not sure if I received old "battery shelf life" or just duds; I wish I could get a refund!.
