I read a lot of reviews about solar lights before purchasing two sets of lights from two different brands. I liked the idea of going solar and not having to use electricity, but I have two large trees on one side of my lawn. I was under the impression that these would be fine based on the reviews, but I'm here to tell you that they are not. I'm guessing there's not much of a difference between these Amazon brands; this set has 30 LEDs, while the other has 12, but the brightness is about the same, with a bulb rated at around 40 to 60 watts on the highest setting. Because they aren't that bright, you'll have no problem staring right into them when fully charged. It has two settings: high and low, but I don't notice much of a difference, so I just use high. With my trees, I will never get all day sun, and after a day on the lawn, I will get 1 to 2 hours of bright light before they dim. I've read that they last for a long time, but does that really matter when they're so dim that they're useless? I'd never use these as security lights, and I'd never put something so cheap up on my house. One point that I believe needs to be made is that I've seen these lights advertised for lighting trees, shrubs, and other plants, but this is completely impractical because anything that puts it in the shade will reduce the amount of time it stays lit. Solar lights are only useful in areas where there is no available shade. If you're still considering solar, these have a few advantages: 30 LEDs, what appears to be a wider spread of light, 2 stakes per unit to make them taller, and a separate solar panel that adjusts. They were a little more expensive, but I believe they were well worth it. On the other hand, I've given up on solar in my yard and recommend that, unless you're happy with only a few hours of light per day (which is probably useless in the winter), you look into electric instead. I've included a photo, but please note that this is HDR photography, and the lights appear far less impressive in person; I would not purchase them again.

a solar-powered outdoor unit powered light with enough power to provide adequate uplighting, warmth of illumination, and duration to replace an expensive in-ceiling fixture unit on the ground! These are adaptable, long-lasting, and attractive when placed next to trees, shrubbery, or in front of the house. Consider this a great, low-cost alternative to systems that have been the only option for far too long. In addition, the product was delivered quickly and safely, reducing the amount of time customers had to wait.
During daylight hours, the top-mounted solar cells charge the unit. br>br>These are adjustable in the sense that they can be moved up and down for better positioning. They also have an on/off switch on the underside of the solar panel, which is covered in a rubber covering to protect it from the elements and when you bring them inside for the winter. They are made of heavy-duty plastic and will not easily break. If your power goes out, you can use them as indoor lights and then recharge them outside during the day. We tested it out in our bathroom in the dark and it worked perfectly.
Comes on too soon before dark, and one of them burns out in about five hours, while the other burns out in about seven. When the light is turned on, however, it is sufficient. And, as someone who lives in Phoenix, I can attest to the fact that they are fully charged.
Plastic and housing are both very durable. br>The other solar led that is similar to this one breaks after a week. I've had them for about a month and they seem to be holding up well. br>br>LED is brightly lit, and the solar panel functions admirably. There are two levels of brightness; the one shown is the low setting. br>br>I believe I will purchase more of these for home security purposes, as our neighborhood is somewhat dark. br>br>Buy 8 is highly recommended. 5/10.
One of the lights has already died because it is not waterproof.
I like it! I only brought two for the time being to see how they work. So far, everything has gone well. I'm currently purchasing three four-packs. They're not too bright, which is the best part. not too dark They're perfect, so pulling into the driveway won't cause you to become blind while driving or walking. & the ability to change the direction of light A large plus is the ability to use a solar panel in a variety of ways. Get them. It lights up about 5 to 10 feet, maybe 15 feet, depending on how far it is from the shore. It does, however, complete the task. I haven't tested the battery life because I only use them for a short period of time; however, from the time they first turn on until I go to sleep, it takes about 6 to 7 hours on high. I'm not sure if they stay on throughout the night. 7p. 2a is something I'm interested in. m m m m mm mm mm mm mm mm mm It's not something you see every day. I'm only looking at the last three days to see how long it's been.
