I'm not certain - We've had ours for a year (purchased at the same time as the system) and they've performed admirably.
For a while, they were undergoing NSF testing, but now their website and Amazon product description both state that it is an NSF 58. 372 CERTIFIED WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM WITH NSF CERTIFIED FILTER REPLACEMENTS
Yes, I've already done it twice. Air trapped inside the RO membrane filter is a rare occurrence, according to manufacturer support, who suggested tilting the unit up for 30-seconds. To see if trapped air is released, turn the water temperature down to 45 degrees and run it for 2 minutes. It didn't help in my case, so they're sending a 'new and improved RO filter,' which they did 6 months ago as well. I'm guessing it's a system design flaw, but we'll see if the new and improved RO filter makes a difference when the CF filter needs to be replaced next.

I just finished installing our new RO system the other day. In general, the installation went smoothly. The washer in the waterfeed adaptor came out and wouldn't seat properly, which was the only issue I had. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase a different type of washer in the end. Consider whether or not you'll need an electrical outlet. I knew I had one for my garbage disposal, but I didn't realize it was connected to a switch, so the outlet is only active when the disposal is running until I plugged it in. Fortunately, an outlet was located in the next cabinet, and I was able to drill a hole through the wall. br>In comparison to our previous tank-based RO system,br>1. I was pleased with the water drop, but when I went to change the filter last time, the'middle' filter refused to engage via the turning step. I've attempted to contact the company several times, but they only respond to emails. They finally called me back three days later. br>br>Since writing this review, I've changed my mind. The best feature is that it alerts you when it's time to replace your filters. Waterdrop's filters, unfortunately, are not recycled. You can either throw these large self-contained filters in the trash or pay to have them mailed to a third-party company and have them recycle it for an additional fee.
The filter timer appears to be set for 6 months or 1 year. Regardless of usage, the year is for swapping. Water tastes great through the filter, but it's not ideal for under-the-counter use. Using a water filter may not be worth the money ($$ is worth the convenience of not having to buy water every now and then!.
This is a fantastic product because it is extremely simple to set up. Another great feature of this RO system is that it is very obvious when the filter needs to be changed. You'll be given an orange light for a week or two while you get the filters, and then a red light when it's time to switch. Overall, I'm very pleased.
We ordered replacement filters and did not receive the entire order, despite the fact that these filters are excellent and we love our water purification system. According to the product description, we will receive two CF filters and one of the other. Only one of each was sent to us. I've tried two times to contact the company and have yet to receive a response. Be careful who you buy from.
A year ago, we bought an integrated WaterDrop undersink Reverse Osmosis system. It was a breeze to put it together, and the replacement filters are just as simple. and have arrived on the exact date predicted. It was simple to place an order with this company, and the new filters arrived promptly. It was well worth the money.
These are RO system filters that need to be replaced. The system works extremely well. It's simple to set up, and it's also small. When necessary, the filters can also be easily replaced. This system, as well as the replacement filters, comes highly recommended from me.
