This filter has a part number of 478. Filter for sediments that works great. The filters I received were made in China, and they keep my water filter from getting clogged up with sediment, sand, and dirt. A few weeks after acquiring it, our Aquasana undercounter system got clogged. The Pentek filter I bought was the same as the one sold by Aqusana but a great deal There is no sedimentary filter made by Aqusana, but they make their own purifying filters (USA) cartridges. When I switch to a new Aqusana filter, I change this one too. It will depend on how many people use the water, how many people use the water for you. It is a very good.
