Despite the fact that it is costly, you should purchase it. Because, once installed, all you have to do is wait for the warning lights to change color, replace the filter in a matter of seconds without disconnecting or moving anything, and you're good for another 6 months to 2 years, depending on which filter was exhausted. I've had about five systems before this, and none of them compare in terms of efficiency and ease of use. Our previous one would deliver filtered water in dribs and drabs for about ten seconds. Open the faucet, fill your vessel, and then close it. Throughout, the volume is the same. This is a fantastic product that I would strongly suggest. gary br>br>gary br>br>gary br>br>gary.
Our water supply in Hawaii is provided by a catchment (rainwater) system. Water is pumped out of the supply tank and passes through two filters as well as an UV light sterilizer. We didn't drink it, though. After learning about the WaterDop system and its 1: 1 ratio, I decided to try it out for myself. 1 water usage, we believed it would suffice for both drinking water and water conservation (there are times when our usage exceeds rainfall). br>br>We are very pleased with our Waterdrop because it performs exactly as it should. We can see that the new model outperforms the old one by a factor of at least one. There is only one filtering and a built-in UV light, which is a HUGE plus.
I was hesitant to spend the money on an R. I haven't been disappointed with the system so far. I'm in possession of the Waterdrop G- For just over a year, the 3 system has been producing excellent-tasting water. I can tell the difference between it and water-based products, and my ice cubes never leave bitty's in my ice water. When the filters do need to be replaced, the color changes from blue to yellow to give you time to order, and finally to red when it's time to replace them.
The system is well-designed, with easy-to-replace cartridges, a small footprint, and excellent water quality.
- br>Recent changes: The water is of exceptional quality - There aren't any lingering flavors. My family is drinking clean, non-bottled water for the first time in years (and thanks to several RO systems). The filter replacement timer/computer is, in my opinion, the genius of this unit. Many people fail to replace their RO filters (see those 7 filter units) and drink tainted water as a result. This unit was able to solve the issue.
Overpriced and simple to set up.
Because I still believe the company overpriced their filters, I gave it a low score for value for money. Bjt, I suppose this is true of most filters. They do, however, function. They're dependable and simple to set up. We've been very pleased with the system because it doesn't leak.
This CB filter lasts about a half year, and the CF filter lasts about three months. As a result, I'm skeptical that anyone gets the advertised filter time. If you do, congratulations; however, your water is likely to be of such high quality that filtering is unnecessary.
It's simple to set up and change the filters. Much more practical than the less expensive under-the-counter filters.
