According to the product description and pictures, these would be Clearyl filters. However, the filters are not Clearyl. The packaging for the "Claris" filter is even tagged with a sticker that says it is a Clearyl filter. In spite of the fact that the filters are functionally equivalent, the Claris filters are rated for 2 months of filtering while the Clearyl filters are rated for 3 months. Since we all invested considerable money in Jura machines, are we willing to accept the deceptive practices of certain Amazon sellers in order to save a few dollars?.

Claris 71794 was supposed to be Jura 72629 Clearyl Smart filter, but Claris 71794 was delivered

As well, when I received Claris 71794, the box appeared to have been opened. I ordered Jura 72629 Clearyl Smart filter, however, I received Claris 71794.

My Jura machines have been using Clearyl filters for several years now. The smart filters are different from those used by my Jura machine, which I just upgraded. As soon as I ordered them, shipping was fast and I had no problems with the product.
