The long and the short of it is that I replaced all filters two years ago and my water concentration dropped to 12 PPM from 14 PPM. Exactly why is there a 4 star rating? The wrench in the installation box was so difficult to locate that it took me about an hour to find, and therefore it was difficult for me to remove the existing filters, so I wish they would just include the wrench with this filter pack, as I cannot imagine the wrench costs more than $1. You should take pictures of how everything is now before you start removing water lines, since when I installed stage 4 and 5, the water lines were removed completely, but I then had to reconnect them all. When I contacted APEC, I spoke with Ken, who was extremely helpful and accommodating.
