The bulk package of four water filters was disappointing

I like these water filters, but they are defective. When I opened my first one, it was busted and the package contained empty filter packets. It appears that the other three are all fine. Amazon does not offer partial refunds or replacements, so I must send it back in its entirety.

We found 3 filters that were defective

It was a real disappointment! The only filter I was able to use out of the four was one. All three other filters had exploded and the black powder was all over the outside of the filter. I'm not sure how to PH the water with what's left of the filter.
