ordered the water pitcher, which came with a filter, and the three extra filters, and I was very pleased with After the first pack of three filters had been used up, I ordered another three The water has a taste of them. After I notified the company of the problem, they sent me one filter right away. Having attempted to "fix" the filters according to their suggestions, I didn't succeed. This product is completely unsatisfactory as I have had the same taste and experience with all 4 filters (the 3 packs I ordered and the 1 replacement they sent me). Since the filters are apparently hit or miss, I cannot recommend the product. The lid on the water pitcher is useless because it falls off constantly and is just too large for the pitcher.
Our 'new' model barely gets a PH rating of 8, while their older model gives us a 12 even though the water gets stuck in the filter and it is extremely inconvenient, but at least it does what it is supposed to do. It was thought this new filter model would offer the same quality of PH levels as the older model while offering better flow, but I guess you cannot have both at the same time. I regret it.
