My guess is that the question is spelled incorrectly. No, if the word valve is meant and not value. A complete set of tools is included in this package so that you can operate the tank and connect it to the bowl - bolts, nut, and gasket. The valve is also included in this

Due to its mounted state, I am unable to measure it. In all fairness, when I purchased this tank, it was to replace the cumbersome "no touch" cimmaron tank, and it is a direct replacement.

I don't like it! There is yet another piece of garbage that needs to be cleaned every single day! There is a trickle of water in DON'T BUY IT! The representative at Kohler was not helpful she just repeated information from an information card over and over
