I purchased this tank to replace my cracked one. It is excellent. The installation was very easy, it took less than 10 minutes to remove the old tank and put this one in its place. It was my concern that the foam ring would not fit perfectly on the toilet base, but it seems to have molded perfectly after the tank was tightened. After a few weeks, there are still no leaks, so there's nothing to worry about. When you first look at the addition of a few extra parts, you are thrown off. My connection to the water line didn't need to be replaced, so I believe these were for that.

The rear tank had cracked over time or perhaps it was my kids who had done it. The part number was the same, but there was only one of it. Thanks to Amazon, we found a replacement tank to replace the leaky one. We were surprised when it arrived early and the fix was easy to perform. I am very pleased that the whole toilet did not have to be replaced.
