To prepare a 1/4" or 1/8" carbide drill bit, follow these instructions If you are applying the anchors into drywall or ceramic tile, drill 1/4" holes and insert them. The screws should be installed into studs by drilling holes of 1/8" in diameter. Anchors are not to be used.

However, it is plastic so it likely won't last. I had issues getting it to fit my nozzle but it did have two screw holes for keeping it in place and the plastic is thick, so I think it should hold up, but for this price, a metal one would be more useful.
I think this is a good product at a good price. That was also the case with the delivery time. One problem I have is that it does not fit a Water Pik shower wand. I have searched all over the Internet, even at the store, but it is not available. There is no hope for me! Once again, I received excellent service and a fantastic product. Product was returned as soon as possible. There is no way you can use this as a shower wand at most it will serve as a tooth brush holder.
