This will be determined by whether or not the existing holes match the brackets for this rack. Each bracket, if my memory serves me correctly, has two vertically aligned holes 2 3/4" apart. The brackets are 18" apart on average.
You can, but it won't be as strong because the set screw will be used to provide support on one side, whereas the screw is normally used on the underside to keep the holder from pulling away from the wall. I hope this has been of assistance.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. It's all brushed nickel on the towel bar. Customer Service Team at its Finest

This towel rod not only looks great, but it also works well. (I have the to roller as well, and it has the same issue! ) The set screw that holds the rod together is TINY and difficult to reach unless you are a teenager. It's at the bottom, about the size of a pinhead, and the tool they give you to tighten it in place is micro-sized. I can't hold it because it's so small. So you're lying on the (bathroom) floor, attempting to tighten a set screw upside down, with a tool you can't hold, and LINE up grooves that no one can see. I had to hang it upside down until a contortionist with microscope eyes came to see me!.
This was a fantastic investment! I live in New York City, and space isn't something I'm used to, so I needed to come up with a way to hang my towels stretched out rather than on a hook so they could dry properly. I bought two and hung them behind my door (the only available space in my bathroom), and they worked perfectly because it was difficult to find a short towel rack that was larger than a hand towel rack but smaller than a full-length towel rack. one of a certain size Finally, I adore it because it allows me to fully open my door while still fitting perfectly between the doorknob and the wall. Love!.
This towel rack is very attractive. It looks fantastic and was simple to put together. It looks a lot better than the old clumsy one from the 1990s, which was always falling off the wall. It has a nice, solid feel to it. The bar is held in place by a tiny screw on the bottom of each piece, which you must loosen before putting the pieces on the wall, then tighten and snug it all up with the little Alan wrench, as the little screw catches under the screw plate and helps hold everything in place.
Straight, well-made lines with a nice appearance. With a tiny set screw tightening onto the screwed in mount, it mounts like so many other towel bars. They've met my expectations. When installing, be sure to measure carefully and use a level!.
This item met my needs for a quick replacement towel rack. It was simple to install (mostly because I had the necessary tools) and it looks fantastic. The only drawback I can think of is that it doesn't appear to be strong enough to support weight, so don't use it to support yourself (though I haven't tried it).
It works fine; I tried to buy one at a big box store but they either didn't have one in black or were charging an arm and a leg. Priced reasonably.
We ordered the Franklin Brass matching hardware when we remodeled my husband's bathroom. It is of good quality and has a sturdy, straightforward design. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
This product will look great in my powder room. It's not only cheaper than towel bars from a home improvement store, but it's also lighter. Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out.
