It's true that the description states that no hardware is provided, but I did not read it when I ordered the mailbox, so I was disappointed that I had to run to the hardware store to get the It is not a complaint, I was just pointing this out for others who might have missed this piece of information In my case, I did not need to buy a mounting piece, since I was able to use the one from the mailbox, so you might also need that. I installed my mailbox easily. It was assembled and ready to use right out of the box. That's a nice photo.
When I ordered it, I expected it to be exactly what I received. Upon completion of its task after one week, it is done. One of the nice things about this window is that it has a screen that prevents all bills from getting in!.
It is such a disappointment! Even before the door was installed, it broke. In fact, the decorative edge appears to be plastic rather than metal. A portion of the door has cracked and been pulled completely away. This is not something I would I am certain it would not hold up to regular.
During my one week in possession of the nicest mailbox on the block, I was extremely happy. Attaching bronze house numbers to the box was my order. The latch broke entirely within a week and I had to have my husband replace it with the old one- I cannot believe an expensive box would have such a horrible design. Besides having spent 20 dollars on the bronze numbers, I think they are very poor quality for the money.
It looks fancy enough but is not overly Provides a good amount of storage space for Multiple bubble envelopes filled with thin and small items, as well as smaller package size items, can fit into one bubble envelope. As far as I can tell, the shell is made of decent materials and the finish looks good. In case the colors fade or rust, I'll update the post. The mail flag may seem flimsy, but does anybody in fact use it? Though it's not bad, it's not great. There is a majority of metal, but there is also a plastic covering of some sort around the door and back edge. When I held it in my hand, it felt like the composite plastic, it did not feel cheap or brittle, Despite its ease of use, I do have one gripe. The lid closes tightly with a clamp that has pressure on it. I had to pinch it a bit tighter to make it stay in place. This improved the grip, but I would imagine that after some further closures, the grip would return to being light. My recommendation would be to install strong magnets to help get the clamp back to working condition when it weakens beyond repair. Other than that, it would be worth getting again for the price. Whenever the finish fades or becomes crappy, I will update you.
I am very pleased with these well made, sturdy, quality Moreover, they are very attractive. I am only disappointed that I had a different impression of their size because I thought they would be very large, and that they are just standard size, so they do not work well for businesses. However, I would recommend them for residential use other than that.
I ordered a mailbox from a different website for the third time. The case I received was well made, it wasn't dented when I received it, and my mailman complimented it as well. A few weeks after buying them from a different place, the first two were dented. The front door also bent and tore after only a few weeks. I received a junk email from my Mailman. Because I leave a bottle of disinfectant spray for my mailmen, and since I try to keep my mailbox easy to use, this mailbox is sturdy and pleasant to look at.
