In the picture of the lock on the front, I see the hasp- The lid has a hinge for keeping it on when it's raised, but does it not have any latches?

Despite a sticker right on top stating that it should be used, the delivery guys are literally putting packages behind it instead of using.

It is great to have the Box! There is nothing wrong with the lock

A purchase of this package would not have been worth the price. The lock is not always opened when you use the QR code and it takes multiple attempts. There's no way to use it on our carriers. In my opinion, it would be best to wait and buy the box separately.

One star is not even enough. I was not able to connect to my WiFi or locate my lock using the boxlock app. It's a big deal that Amazon only has one review, you can find many reviews on their website and they all sound the same. It's time to do it all again.
