These wheels will fit if your Big Red is a metal frame model. These wheels have a slightly smaller diameter than the originals, so keep that in mind.
I believe each caster weighs 80 pounds.
These wheels are easy to swap out for the originals.
I would buy one set of wheels and try it on a stool first, then do the rest of the stools if you are happy with the results.

The old ones had begun to fall apart. The part of the wheel that was made of soft material broke off. The price is a little on the high side. Through H, I'll be able to get a completely new creeper. for an additional few dollars The layout is a little unusual. The upper bearing case of the originals had flats on the outside. There is a small bolt flat area above the bearing on these. There isn't a thin enough wrench in my collection to fit this. No space. I tucked my old wheel lock washers beneath the creeper tubing and just above the wrench flats. I couldn't get them to loosen up any other way. The lock washers dug into the tubing's bottom and a small flange on the wheel stud's flange. If I ever replace them again, I may have to remove them.
These were purchased to replace the OEM creeper parts on my Cobalt. I don't use a creeper very often because I do my own maintenance on my cars. These casters outperform OEM models by a wide margin. The wheel has a more substantial feel to it. I decided to use lithium grease on the bearings because I don't live in a dusty environment. I discovered that the bolt has bearings on both sides where it passes through the wheel shroud while doing so. That's a big step up from the OEM casters. Also, to secure the screw post against the creeper frame, I used blue Locktite on the bolt threads.
The warranty is inadequate. Although the product appears to be attractive at first glance, it is severely lacking in terms of durability. I put them on a regular creeper that I only use a few times a year, and the hubs all failed, causing the wheel to grind against the metal. The product is of poor quality. According to the seller's customer service, these are only covered for 30 days. The industry's worst so-called "warranty period. " Spend the extra money up front on a product that will last and comes with a reasonable warranty.
So these aren't quite as good as OEM, but after 20 years and an asphalt driveway, my Craftsman creeper wheels were beyond repair. These are round and fresh, and they should be able to assist you. But. The swivel bearings are half the price of OEM bearings. As seen in the illustration. It's more of an art than a science to get them close to the creeper without limiting swivel. I'm going to put these in the "good enough" category.
These were ordered to replace the wheels on a rolling work stool that had become worn out. Although the stud thread is specified as 5/16", the tolerance is extremely poor. Because both sides of these units fit together sloppily, the cap nuts that come with them fit on them. In my case, I had to use standard grade 5/16" whiz nuts, and only two of them threaded on without the need for a die to clean up the threads. I initially assumed that some metric studs had been mixed in, but after inspecting the threads with a high-powered microscope, I was convinced that this was not the case. thread gauge was of poor quality, and the threads did not meet any standards - Simply put, it was a sham. br>br>I haven't used these for long enough to form an opinion on the casters, but the poor quality of the studs leads me to believe they are suspect.
I didn't want to throw it away, so this made it "as good as new," if not better. We'll see how well these wheels hold up over time.
They are simple to swivel and spin. It was quick to arrive and, more importantly, it fit my 20-year-old Craftsman creeper. The tubes on my creeper are 1" square. These new casters are perfect for the job. They've got more thread in the sleeve nut than the original (which, in my opinion, is why the original failed). Old casters were removed, a thread locker adhesive was applied, and new casters were installed. Easy. They are simple to swivel and spin.
These caster wheels were extremely durable, fitted perfectly, and were even the same red color as the ones I replaced. The tires on my creeper work well on any surface and do not come loose. a fantastic item.
