Questions & Answers
Sure, it's just a metal piece, or three or four, I'm not sure. However, it is divided into smaller sections, and you can leave one out or order a smaller size; the track they provide is essentially what you require. You might have a quarter-inch to work with.
Yes. The stoppers, on the other hand, will not work. Check your openings by measuring twice. Also, double-check that your studs are lined up with the metal's holes. I had to add a board and drill new holes in the metal to fill in the pre-existing holes. Car plugs or even painted short bolts and nuts were used to fill the drilled holes.
Directly from the manufacturer's website, you can place your order. FYI. When installing, if your room isn't square, you might want to rely on your eyes instead of a level.
Are you referring to the point at which the bar is assembled? The round object must be hammered in completely flat. When we were hammering in the nails, we put a board on top of them.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS - The parts are all in metric, so if you need to supplement for any reason, make sure you buy metric nuts, bolts, and other hardware. Also, the directions are only partially translated into English, so they aren't perfect. They're useful, but they're not very detailed. However, you'll be able to work it out. br>br>Moving on, these are fantastic, especially considering how much less expensive they are compared to other Amazon competitors. I'm very pleased with it, both in terms of how it looks and how difficult it was to install. Just make sure you're doing it the 'right way,' which includes aiming for studs in the wall and such.
For the money, this is a fantastic purchase. The instructions are a little sloppy, but you'll figure it out. Holds a very heavy custom built door easily and slides smoothly. I did use different hardware to attach the rollers to the door because I didn't like how easy it was to install and how tough it was. I immediately stripped one of the threads, so I upgraded to better hardware for $5. I would buy this item again without hesitation.
It's of good quality and includes the floor slide, and the price is unbeatable. This is something I would highly recommend!.
The design and the fact that it comes in such a small package appeal to me. The rail sections are simple to assemble and follow a logical pattern. The only point in the instructions that isn't fully addressed is how to secure the mounts to the wall. Where there is a door header, everything is fine and solid; however, where there is only drywall, the plastic wall anchors fall out and the mounting is sloppy. More information is required, perhaps a solid hollow- What are the best wall anchor kits?.
It was relatively simple to set up in the end. If you want to attach the rail directly to the wall, make sure your studs are 16 inches apart. My studs were uneven, so I attached a headboard to the wall and then a secondary rail board to that, which allowed me to mount to them. The door is easily supported by a 5 inch thick piece of wood. Only one rail mount appears to have gone into a stud this way. I wouldn't use the dowel rods that come with it.
Sections of track were a little difficult to put together as instructed, wall anchor wooden dowel plugs are useless, and we had to go buy real wall anchors for the few that didn't hit studs.
I used this to make an out-of-door mosquito net green house, and it turned out beautifully; the quality is excellent, and I am very pleased with the product; in fact, I will be purchasing another one.
It's super simple to set up! One of my projects turned out to be a bit of a disaster. level, but it wasn't due to the product's fault; rather, it was due to my own lack of attention when it came to doing things in my own home with distracting children.
