Questions & Answers
I am sorry , but it is not wide enough. It is usually necessary for the track to be twice as long as the door panel width.
In order to get the results you want, you have to cut them yourself.
Who made them? Also, we need doors, could you direct us to a place where we can buy
It seems like a good idea to me.

You can slide it one finger wide as long as you install it level and hang a square door level from the rails. However, although the directions are a bit off (as others have already stated), I did not have to rewrite anything. First, make sure you read everything, and then install the stops before bolting on the track. That step is not indicated in the instructions, so order them instead. The installation is much easier this way. In addition to this, the package came with bolts for a 1 3/8 door (a separate pack) and a 1 3/4 door (packaged in The anchors came with it as well. You can get just about anything you need there. Because there wasn't enough room for the door to get past the baseboards and quarter rounds, I installed a 3/4" decorative header board. Everything is clear since it hangs perfectly. In the event that I ever have to install another barn door, I would definitely buy this again. During the process, I made a door that was 87"X87" and it was handled well by the system. As well as the surround and cross braces, I used 1/4" plywood with 1X4 trim. This would result in a door about 1 3/4" wide. I am happy with the results. There is only one complaint, which is that the measurements are all metric and the bolts come with metric heads. While it was by no means a deal-breaker, I did have to measure in place rather than mark everything because my measuring tape is a standard one, without I do not think this is a major enough problem to cause a star to be taken away!.
We were able to use this guide. I did not hear any squeaking or signs of wear while installing the hardware, and the wheels roll smoothly. Because the directions only contain pictures, read them thoroughly at first and keep an eye out for the order in which you have to follow them. The rubber stoppers must first be slid on the rail before you attach the rail to the wall or else you will have to remove the rail to accomplish this later, which may impact the integrity of your installation.
I like how everything turned out. I found this item to be very sturdy. As I built my own barn door, it's 84" high and 66" wide, and this track fit Due to the fact that my studs did not line up with the holes in the track, I used a header board.
The item worked perfectly and the delivery was fast (very It slides smoothly and easily and weighs around 90 pounds. I made it from solid wood 6'x6' (around 90lbs). It took only about 30 minutes to complete the installation.
We built a custom door and I spent a lot of time researching barn door hardware that would work with our office. My wife and I decided to test out the EaseLife hardware and were both very pleased with the quality of the product. All pieces were included in the package and it's been a great experience so far! My recommendation for this product is a definite yes!.
It was necessary to convert mm to inches for the instructions. The wall that came with our house had a stupid design, so we needed to use heavy duty drywall anchors on half of it. Although the hardware is great, we just installed it tonight, so I cannot comment on how durable it will be.
I think it'll look great once it's There is a good chance that you will need to add a wood backing to the wall the track is installed on, unless you are fortunate to have the holes lined up with the wall studs. Despite my door being heavy and long, the track is sturdy enough and sturdy enough to carry the weight of the door, however you will definitely need a helper to install it due to the lengthy and heavy track. My overall satisfaction with the price and instructions is good. The instructions are not the best, but they are not the worst.
A high-quality product. The rolling was very smooth. This is a heavy duty machine. With this system, we built a 6 foot door which normally feels heavy when it's open, but when we open it it feels like a feather. There is no value in instructions. We never used the parts nor did the instructions explain what they did.
