From the base of the guide, the height is 1".
A recent installation I completed was to install one on each 36 inch barn door. You have done a good job. If the door is 48 inches wide, I would use two. *br>If I were you, I would recommend at least one roller per door to answer your question. I'm not sure if there is any advantage to having two doors on one roller.
Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean rollers. Use some glue to adhere the two pieces.
There is a 1/4-inch gap between the bracket and the backplate. There is a gap of 1/16th inch above the bracket where the door glides. 5/16th to 1/2 inch from the floor should be enough clearance for a good connection.

There is only one complaint I have As soon as the rollers are adjusted, loosen the screw, slide the rollers to the desired width, and tighten the screw again. With the bearings, however, the less movement is present on the wheel the tighter the screw is. The wheel turned a bit so I had to screw it up *almost* completely but back off a little. It took me two days to install and use the gate and the wheel ended up sliding away from the desired width (because I couldn't tighten it all the way) and now there's too much play in it. There are both functions inside the hardware (tightening screw vs bearings for movement), but they are not separate functions. With this, you will receive one of the two options.
It is a sturdy product that I am very happy with. I plan on purchasing another Adding the Allen key to the top will help hold it in place while you put the flat wrench on the nut under the roller bearing and tighten it with the flat wrench once you've gotten the position set. The resistance on the roller can be adjusted with the Allen wrench.
The sliding gate I made is smooth and easy to operate. I kept my dog and grandkids out of the kitchen with this gate. I was able to maintain the gate's alignment with the wall utilizing these rollers. The wheels are made from heavy metal, and the felt that comes with them keeps the paint from rubbing off on the spokes. I found it to be ideal for my needs.
A guide was needed to minimize the ‘wobble’ in the door opening and closing since the final width of the barn door was not known. There is no need to mess with this one as it works perfectly, it's well-made, and it I was able to easily mount it on the wall, as it has a low profile that fits flush with This little device is great!.
In order to fix the problem, I used these roller guides since I removed the groove in which the supplied door guide fit. I only made one change I mounted the guides tightly against the wall but installed the screws in the slot in the floor instead of the wall. Other than that, the guide intended to ride up at the opposite end of It was the carpet that caused this problem. These were placed in an area that was carpeted. The screws had already been moved to the floor, so it worked fine anyway. There is very little noise when the wheel turns.
Since there was no way to drive anything under the carpet into the concrete I used these instead for mounting to the wall. Grasping its nose at the bottom of the barn door, the dog cannot push the barn door off the track any longer it opens and closes soundlessly.
It is for my basement barn doors that I purchased these. It is a pleasure to be here. Easily mounted on a wall and extremely durable, these shutters are strong and reliable.
The bolts are sturdy and prevent the door from opening. I like the look of these. They are easy Despite this set of rollers being on both sides of the door, I was surprised to find that the outside of the first roller is no more than a half inch from the back plate. A little over 1 inch was protruding from the wall, so the door was not flush with the wall. There is still one roller on the door, so I removed one and allowed it to slide between a plate and one I like how it works.
