I've already put in the hinges, but my best guess is that they'll be 1/2 inch thick. The screw holes from my previous hinge, which had broken, lined up perfectly with the new hinges.
They have a 1/2" overhang (the distance between the door and the cabinet face). If you're talking about the distance between the centerline of the forstner hole and the screw holes that secure the hinge to the door, I'd say it's 5/16".
The pocket hole is 3/16" from the door's edge.
The distance between them can be changed. Mine are about 1/32" thick, or less than a millimeter.

I placed an order for 50 of these soft close hinges. It was fine in terms of packaging. They appear to have come directly from a Chinese factory, but they function perfectly! These have a substantial weight to them and feel solid. In my kitchen, I replaced existing hinges that looked similar to these but were not soft close. It was a breeze to put together, and I was able to use the mounting screws that came with the cabinets. These also come with their own set of screws, which are of decent quality. br>br>The soft close feature works as expected and is extremely convenient; no more slamming! Each cabinet door received a new top and bottom hinge. To see how they work, watch the video below. You can get away with only installing one soft close hinge and leaving the other one uninstalled. However, I recommend replacing both hinges because the speed with which they close varies slightly between them. Some of my doors close a fraction of a second faster than others (not that I'm in a door race). br>br>One thing I didn't like about these is that the cabinet doors will swing fully open once the angle exceeds 45 degrees, or soft close back if the angle is less. In essence, the cabinet door will be fully open or fully closed. You won't be able to find anything in the middle. While this is by no means a deal breaker, it is worth noting for future buyers. Because I ordered 50, one of the hinges was bent, as shown in the attached photo, and one of the doors would not open properly. As a result, I got to number 48. I had a few extras, so it wasn't a huge deal. But for the price, I definitely recommend these!.
These hinges are a significant improvement over the ones I previously had. They're simple to install, taking about 5 minutes per door, and nearly all of the old hinge screw holes line up perfectly. Although the hinges disassemble easily and are easier to install disassembled, I found that installing the hinges while they are attached to the door is faster because fewer adjustments are required. Both ways are worth a shot. This is something I wish I had done years ago.
Both the soft close and the open swing have a lot of power. If I had to do it all over again, I would order half as many hinges and replace one per cabinet. These hinges have been installed on all 34 cabinets in my kitchen, and we are very happy with them. I had a few extra that I used to make a cabinet. The video was shot in the laundry room. I will undoubtedly place a second order. We had a great product that was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. br>br>I can't emphasize how important it is - To avoid penetrating the exterior part of the door, I recommend reusing the screws from your existing cabinets where the hinge attaches to the cabinet doors. br>br>Ask for assistance! And adjusting the height of one hinge at a time will greatly simplify the process.

While the hinge itself is satisfactory, the lack of readable instructions is extremely frustrating. It's not every day that I put in hinges. Having clear instructions on how to place things would be extremely beneficial and would greatly reduce my frustration. It's been a month since I installed three of these. Today I'm going to put in 3 more. Both times, I've had to scrounge information from various sources on the internet. The manufacturer does not provide any on their website, YouTube is generic on concealed hinges and does not feature the brand, and the plastic package contains three once-inch diagrams that are completely useless. I understand that we don't have to cut down a tree to include instructions in each bag, but a website and measurements for placement would be helpful. Furthermore, there is a great deal of misunderstanding about the offset. Because the offset is off and the door gap is too wide, I now have to add wood to my frame, and there isn't enough information about the adjustment screws. Turning the depth (or DEEPTH screw, as shown in the tiny diagram) is extremely difficult.
My kitchen and bathroom cabinets are being replaced. So I ordered two as a test, and they came out perfectly, so I ordered another 60. I spent the entire morning putting them together in the kitchen. Dual facing cabinet doors took a little longer to align than single facing cabinet doors, but the adjustments are in place. The only thing that was missing was an instruction sheet that explained how to adjust the door based on its position. However, with a few minutes of fiddling with the adjuster screws, you can complete the task. Good value, near exact replacement, 99% of the time used the exact screw holes It doesn't get much better than this. I would purchase this item again.
Make a financial savings. These are comfortable to wear and have a smooth action. Another benefit is that only one hinge per door needs to be replaced. I was able to remove the normal hinge from the top and replace it with a soft-close hinge. on the bottom, close This will save you some money.
My rating of 5 stars is based on the big picture and the value for money spent. These are a little clumsy and clunky, and they aren't very refined. They bounce a little before softly closing, and the dampening isn't as quick as it could be. However, you can't really complain about that stuff for the money. I installed nearly 50 of these on new doors yesterday, and they all work great and were simple to adjust. Everything has been completed. I'd spend more money on better hinges if I needed them for my house. But they'll do in a pinch, and I'm not sure how long they'll last.
