For Halloween, we converted an old wardrobe cabinet into a witch's spell cabinet [we treat Halloween as if it were Christmas at our house]. The hooks arrived in a uniformly shaped package with all of the screws required for installation. We also used them to replace the huge gaudy ones that originally came with a couple of our hanging shelf units in the kitchen and hallway. Excellent quality hooks at a reasonable price; highly recommended.

These hooks were designed by someone who lacked all common sense. The nails are extremely long, and the hook for hanging clothes is directly in the way of hammering and screwing in the nail. There isn't a single iota of logic here. The designer of these hooks should have made the hook lower so that it doesn't get in the way when hammering and screwing in the nail. I'm stunned that this individual lacked common sense. Whoever designs these types of products should consider the consumer, and consider themselves as a consumer, and consider what is the simplest, most common sense way to get the nail in without any distractions from that perspective. It should have been simple, but it wasn't. Furthermore, the nail has no reason to be as long as it is. It will be even more difficult to screw it into the wall. It's incredible. br>Dear designer, go to CVS aisle 12 and buy some common sense when you have the opportunity. I decided to hang them on the wall with hooks I found. These hooks work perfectly and look great, and they're still going strong after months of putting metal handles on and off. They still look as good as the day I hung them. I ordered two packs and keep meaning to hang them up in different places, but I always forget. I'll definitely be riding these again if I ever need more hooks.

) Because of the angle of the hook with the screw holes, you should plan on tightening it firmly against the surface with a screwdriver gooseneck extender. The screws that go with them are perfect and won't break. even through the most difficult of beams As long as you have the proper tool and a high torque, you can do it. Very well molded, with no unsightly lines or sharp edges that might catch on sweaters or other clothing.

I try not to be pessimistic, but who needs 2" screws when the hook is so small? These screws are far too long for my solid wood, thick doors. Now it's time for me to go out and get some screws of a reasonable length to match my hooks. The hooks themselves appear to be fine; it's just a case of poor screw length selection.

In my kitchen, I'll use them to hang towels and an apron. They're a little more expensive on Amazon than others, but they're well worth the money. You get what you pay for in this case. In comparison to the cheaper alternatives, you can feel the quality and heft of these hooks. I'm very pleased with them and can't wait to install them. Each one comes with its own hardware package. Instead of throwing them all into one big bag like you usually get, this is a nice touch. So I won't lose pieces from an open bag if I don't use them all.
