This was for a koi pond with a capacity of around 1200 gallons. I did 3 coats with 2 gallons of paint. I've had a leak for 4 years, but it's due to a crack in my Mortar, not Liquid Rubber's fault. I used a chip brush to apply it normal twice and then somewhat thickly the third time. Good luck!
If I didn't let it dry completely before applying it to my RV, it would pull up. It seemed to stick fine once it was dry; they sell a primer to help with adhesion, but I didn't use it. I'm happy with the product, but getting thin coats without the right tools (thin nap roller and squeegee) is difficult. If you're worried about the paint sticking to your roof, I'd recommend checking out the primer.

We started smelling evidence of a leak months after taking our camper to the dealer and paying to have the roof resealed as a precaution. After seeing the dealer's shoddy work, I decided to try resealing all the seams myself and purchased this product, which I painted/smeared on and it worked perfectly - There was no longer any odor, and there were no signs of leaks. Then Hurricane Michael hit, and we had trees down all over our house (which was completely destroyed), as well as one on the camper. Multiple ragged tears in the roof were scraped by the one who landed on the camper. I had half of the can left over as a temporary fix, so I used it to seal the tears after trimming them up. We've moved into the camper while we wait for repairs, and there have been no leaks even during the monsoon weather of the first weekend of December in southwest Georgia. I wrote this review in case someone else was in a similar situation and needed a good product; I've also heard that everbond tape works well, but it can't be as versatile as a thick paint, I don't think. I hope this information is useful to you.
Absolutely crap. I followed the directions to a t and put it in my pond because it says it's safe and can be used for that purpose. I waited between coats and then waited a week before putting water in it. It bubbled up within a day or two and completely peeled off.
I've applied three coats to my 33 Holiday Rambler, and it's been great so far. So far, there have been no leaks, but only time will tell. br>br>Update 9/6/2018br>br>We've had three days of rain and there have been no leaks. We're expecting at least three more days of rain, so I'll give you another update then.
This product is neither rubbery nor sealant, which makes it a disappointment. I purchased several gallons of paint to cover my basement's foundation wall. It paints like a watered-down primer, which is the first thing I noticed. The grain and texture of the material I was painting could still be seen. I let it dry for a few days before applying the second coat. I'm still waiting for a paint to cover me completely. The lack of a sealant effect is particularly disappointing; after a heavy rain, water seeped in through the tiny openings, just as it had before the wall was painted. Rusty water was seen marking its way out of the newly painted iron drain pipe, so I bought a different brand and repainted the entire basement wall. This is a product I would not recommend. br>C.
This was the solution I came up with to waterproof a concrete pond I had built in my basement. Some people have given this product a one-star rating, according to the reviews I've read. Either they don't know how to read or they have a IQ of 20. This product works, sticks, and dries as directed. It dried much faster than I anticipated, to a slight tackiness. It's not watery at all. There was no sagging or running. It didn't splatter like paint from a roller does. We're inhaling a lot of noxious fumes. So, I was inside; I hadn't even filled my pond with water yet, and I already know it'll work fine; I'd just finished applying a second coat. Dry, clean concrete, block, and mortar are favorites of this fungus. I applied it with a small roller, rolling it up and down and side to side. br> I'll check in again once my pond is up and running. The only problem I had was with the medium grey; for the look I wanted, I should have gone with dark grey. It's a shade lighter than the one in the advertisement.
It's a roof deck sealer that I'm using. It creates a watertight deck after three coats are applied. It dries to be extremely tough and long-lasting. br>One thing to keep in mind is that if it gets on something you don't want it to (hands, shoes, etc. ), wipe it off right away. You won't be able to get it off without a lot of effort if you don't do so before it dries and sets.
I couldn't find the last product I used, which was a little more liduid and smoothed out nicely. It still looks great after three years. This stuff isn't easy to apply, and it took a few tries to get it to look right. It's already starting to peel after a week.
I heated up my shop to over 50 degrees and applied the product to the inside of a 150 gallon aquarium that I built out of 1/2" plywood with a glass front after turning the can upside down overnight. I first used the liquid rubber seam tape to go around the points where the plywood intersected, then I applied the multipurpose primer and let it set for 48 hours, then I applied the first coat of Liquid Rubber and let it dry to touch, then I applied a second coat for a thicker finish, and now it's setting up, but it's dry to the touch already after 12 hours, so I'll let it cure for 48 hours, then I'll install the tempered glass front and then give it I'm pleased with how the product adhered to the plywood and how well it appears to be set up for the purpose I intend to use it for.
