We use it for our grandson (we have wood floors) and they have held up well to us and the dogs walking on them so far, with no punctures or cuts. Lee
You connect the tiles by peeling off the edges that surround them. After assembling the mat, you'll throw away a lot of it.

To be honest, I just needed something to cover the cold cement garage floor, and these were less expensive than anything I could find locally, and they only cost $29 to ship to Alaska. They were delivered in three boxes. I was taken aback when I only got one the first day, but the other two arrived within three days. For one side of the garage, the installation took less than an hour. These are extremely comfortable. It says something that I can do yoga without my old knees giving out. They're also very simple to clean; simply sweep or vacuum the dirt away. Once a week, give them a good wipe down with clorox wipes or spray and a paper towel to make sure they're clean enough to put your face on. Because they have small divots, I don't think any mop would work. Thank you for a fantastic product.
This 3/4" foam tile floor is perfect for me. This floor has covered a good portion of my gym. I ordered a few hundred square feet of the same darker royal blue to cover the other half of my gym, but what I received was a sky/baby blue color. I was not going to be able to wear this ridiculously weak color. I'm extremely disappointed! If you can get them to send you the color you want, you'll have a fantastic floor. Good luck! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The Norsk foam tile flooring company refunded me in full for the incorrectly colored floor that was delivered to me.
These flooring segments were purchased to be installed on the floor of my boat's engine room on either side of the boat's engine. A previous owner had left carpet remnants in this area, which made the engine room appear dingy; however, now that the new soft flooring has been installed, it appears bright and clean. They're easy to put together and can be shaped with a craft knife into any shape you want. It's nice and soft, and it doesn't appear to stain or spill easily. a fantastic option for my needs.
They have no effect on me. My wife uses the flooring space to stretch, jump rope, and do other exercises. We bought the blue ones because the color is consistent, easy to clean, and doesn't look cheap in an otherwise nicely appointed room. Will it be able to withstand being slammed with heavy barbells at the end of a workout? We don't do that at home or at the gym, and we consider those who do so to be attention seekers with poor manners. When you put heavy (80 lb) dumbbells or a barbell (250 lb) down on it at the end of a set, it holds up just fine.
We recently installed a new tile floor where I normally do my morning exercises, so I purchased four pads. The pads are in excellent condition-- It has enough padding for my elbows, knees, and toes, as well as enough length for me to lay down comfortably. If you're taller than me (I'm 5' 8"), you might want to get eight pads. Because the pads are 2' x 2', a set of four covers an area of 8' x 2'. I don't have any heavy equipment like a treadmill or a bike, so I can't say how well the pads would hold up to the added weight, but they're fine for what I'm doing: Stretching and light resistance training are two of the most effective ways to improve your fitness.
These are for my home gym, and I purchased them. To cover my flooring, I needed something that didn't have any rubber. They connect with a satisfying snap. I'm not good at puzzles, so matching up the edges was a difficult task for me. After that, I was able to finish the job in a timely manner. When I first see it before working out in the morning, the color is lovely and gives me a brief feeling of satisfaction. I'm going to order some more just to make sure I'm covered.
Duct tape is what you're looking for. The item is strewn across the floor. To help keep the mat in place, I purchased a mesh sticky sheet to place underneath it. The mat pulls away from the undersheet. I'm using duct tape and weights to try to keep the pieces together when I twist or leap up during exercise. I would not recommend this product.
Nothing about these thick foam tiles appeals to me when it comes to blocking knitting projects. This is the most incredible find!.
