What happens if animal urine finds its way into this filter?

It's not really made to prevent moisture from getting into the product

Do I need to use butcher block for this?

There are cherry wood butcher block countertops throughout my whole kitchen. It's an amazing product, and I've used it before. I have not tried the refresh oil product, but I've used Rubio Monocoat Oil and it's wonderful. In spite of being left on the counters for a long period of time, water doesn't leave any marks or change the color. The past few times, I would use mineral oil around the sink and faucet, but I would get light spots and dark spots on the surface. Water started to accumulate on my counters constantly so I decided to get rid of it. It has been the best thing I could have done, and the counters look exactly the same as they did before. I haven't had a problem with water for years. Please accept my sincerest thanks for your assistance.

To keep my espresso monocoat finished oak countertop looking fresh, what would be better, the refresh oil or the universal maintenance oil?

With the universal oil, you will have more options. Finished with a durable material. This product does not offer much durability in my experience. I apply it every 6 months to my hickory countertops.

What a waste of money! Liquid had escaped from the bottle after it had been opened

Trying to fit a spray tube onto a spray head didn't work. This company sent me the cheapest Spirit bottle possible, cheap junk that wouldn't work for $50. We were charged a 20% restocking fee when we returned it to BGreen! Buying is not a good idea!.
