Is it a high-gloss finish or a matte finish?

Yes, the finish is clear gloss. I applied two coats of gloss, then a satin coat for a softer appearance. It has a tougher finish than satin and lasts longer. The final product has made me very happy.

Is it possible to apply this over polyurethane floors that have previously been installed?

I'm not sure, but I'm sure you can figure it out.

After this product has cured, how do you fix a scratch?

Using a light sanding technique, apply and buff the paint to perfection.

Great product, sand to a fine grit to prevent scratches from showing up in the final gloss finish! Great product that dries quickly (if you use a T-shirt)

Bar to manage the puddle and get it on quickly, especially in large rooms, or it will get tacky before you get back to the other side) that said, once it has set up, IMO it takes longer to fully shrink/cur than 48 hours, so if you are sanding in between coats, it is best not to put on too many coats too quickly or it will be difficult to get a mirror finish; With one Mega primer coat sanded, it's also best to sand bare wood to 220 and 320 between coats if you're using gloss, or the scratches will show through when it fully cures. . . For building up, use two regular Mega gloss coats. It took a month for it to get sufficiently hard for my nail not to easily dent the coating after 45/hr apart and a good sanding 48/hr after that, plus a final coat with Mega Gloss Mega hardener. Gloss is probably not for everyone because any imperfections or dirt on the floor are easily visible, but it looks gorgeous and you can see the beautiful wood grain clearly from any angle, unlike satin finishes, which reflect light so you can't see the full beauty and color due to the fine silica that is commonly used to give the satin finish. . . br>br>I plan on letting the current coats dry and the floor breathe, expand and contract for a year, then returning and sanding/screening with.

a lot of gleam no smell

My cycling studio has a lot of foot traffic, so I have to refinish the floors about four times a year. So far, this has been the best. Although it was not cheap, there was no odor (low VOC), and the finish is extremely shiny and does not yellow. I'm going to buy more.
