For my sterling pine floors, I applied this product four times. First I painted one coat and then waited 24 hours for it to dry completely. Then I painted another coat and then another and another. There is a gorgeous matte finish to this lipstick. The material is not shiny at all and can be easily washed

sanding, I decided I liked the look of the floor without any finish on it, and researched a couple of similar products, and ended up choosing this one since it could be ordered on Amazon with two day delivery. We watched a few videos, and we decided to roll the finish on with 1/4" mohair roller covers. As per the back of the directions, I used what grit sand paper I needed to finish with, but only used the rental machines they had available at the big box tool store nearby. The Bona Classicseal was applied first, following the instructions on the back, because the finish was being applied to raw wood, and then the Bona Traffic Naturale was applied three times. I used a pole sander and 220 grit screens every time I applied a coat and cleaned up really well between coats. I noticed the floor became lighter every time I applied another coat and now it really looks great! It has a nice low sheen, looks and feels great as well. As a perfectionist, I am hardly a professional, but in my first attempt at applying finish to something I was a total novice. Take a moment to watch some of the videos below and you'll see that the results speak for themselves. If you are going to sand your floor aggressively at first, do it aggressively. I finished my mom's floor with a cheaper water based poly that was a flat finish, and mine looked far better.
I did not want a shiny wood finish, so I used this to create a matte finish (which was what I needed). material for the treads and risers of ash stairs, and attached a picture of how the stairs turned out. Application process was similar to other finishes, the odor lasted for a few days after application, but it was nothing like the toxic vapours produced by oil-based You can't tell there's a finish on the stairs until you touch them, which is really cool. A naked tree looks like a naked tree. There is an expense attached to the stuff, so bear that in mind. In addition, you will only be able to purchase gallon Having used up half a gallon on my stairs, I still have a half gallon left. In addition to using the Bona Waterborne Wood Sealer, I used the Bona Hardwood Polish after The "special" Bona applicators they suggest using didn't work for me, so I just used a small foam pad with small hair applicators you can get at any big box store.
Hello,
We have purchased Bona IntenseSeal and Bona Traffic Naturale commercial matte, and we have followed the installation instructions. Despite its recent appearance, it has only been on the floor for one month. I don't like how it has let moisture seep through in places, how it chips so easily, and just how it looks. We are very disappointed with the way this product looks, despite the high price. Because it seemed to be highly recommended everywhere on the internet, we wanted to try it because we have sealed and finished floors in other homes before. real, and I should have talked to more hardwood flooring companies about which product would be best for me. At this point, we are unsure what needs to be done to fix this considering it was used for about 1,800 square feet in our home.
It looked like it would leave little orange peel marks, but it leveled itself. You don't want your partner doing the edges to get ahead of you with this stuff, since it dries quickly. We had to open a new jug for the next coat after the jug turned solid after 2 hours, we already had little chunks of its contents. You need the heat on, some boards had a milky opaque sheen while drying, putting it on solved the problem, this is winter. Keep an eye on your dry clothes! It will make you feel panicked! I suggest you walk after 3 hours. Only very gently, but you can do it. If you hear the roller sucking, pour more and roll it out again. When you hear that, roll the solution thick enough not to hear it making a sucking sound. The grain is always right. In one pass, overlap a quarter of your last pass, pull back, push forward, and then lift off like an airplane at the end. I agree that the smell was not too bad, but I'm really sensitive, and after we went to bed, it sent me into autonomic mcas attacks, so I opened all the windows and plugged in our bedroom fan to make sure it was much more comfortable for us. Neither my kids nor my husband were bothered.
The floor has a beautiful oiled appearance, and feels buttery smooth. What a nice job it turned out to be. We'll update durability as soon as possible.
I am amazed. You have to check this stuff out. The table I built had to have the most natural finish possible in order to preserve the rustic appearance of the wood. We got the result we were looking for. First, I used the Bona Sealer product to seal my jewelry. The results speak for themselves.
Install it over flooring and you have a matte "veil" over it. I was searching for a sealant to cover my whitewashed floors. I found this product and was blown away. My tests turned yellow and prevented the effect I was trying to achieve. I tried everything I could think of. A matte finish is created with Bona, which can be applied easily and does not alter the finish of your flooring. I like the way it feels and how it looks. This is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to make their floor look Scandinavian.
Combined this with Bona Amberseal to seal the movie. It's a nice light steely tone and oak floor that was restored in the 1940's. As far as I can tell, the finish has proven to very durable. After following the provided instructions, I was able to successfully apply the product. This Naturale product was applied in three coats. If you want a light tone finish that is durable, then I recommend the Bona Amberseal/Naturale system. I really like it.
As a result, my old maple floors came out beautifully after using this. However, the wood appears almost unfinished even with two coats of paint. Despite the fragility of the material, it is surprisingly solid to the touch. Bona is great because it's clear and doesn't have an odor, and it dries fast.
