No, if a center bearing is required, it must be purchased separately.

A pair of 0s will suffice as a suitable replacement. The dimensions are 225" x 2" x 32". Torsion springs with a diameter of 5 inches. We recommend keeping the length under one inch, so this may be a little too long for your door. A pair of 0s is also a viable option. Torsion springs with dimensions of 218" x 2" x 28".

Although a 36" long torsion spring is not necessarily stronger than a 26" long torsion spring, it can be wound more tightly and thus be stronger. It should work with insulation, but I haven't insulated my garage door yet, and I'm not sure how much heavier it is. I only wound my spring to the bare minimum, which was sufficient for my non-insulated garage door. When the winding is just enough to lift the garage door all the way up, this is referred to as minimum winding.

This kit appears to be of good quality, and it includes bars for tightening the springs. Before doing this yourself, I strongly advise you to watch some YouTube DIY garage door spring replacement videos; there are some excellent safety and time-saving tips available.

This is my only. When the 25x2x27 spring broke, these two were used to replace it. It worked well and didn't require a lot of winding. When I received the package, it was mostly torn up, and I couldn't find the winding rods, which I assumed had been lost somewhere along the way. Amazon's customer service helped me connect with the vendor, and they quickly sent me the rods, so I'm very pleased with their service.
