This isn't a genuine part; it works for the most part, but it doesn't stay in the plunger securely

Every two cups of coffee, it falls off. I'll send it back as soon as I get the one I ordered from Aeropress. I had no idea it was a rip-off until now.

It's better than the original

I've only had it for a few days, but it appears to be superior to the OEM, which lasted about a year before losing its ability to hold a seal. If this one doesn't work out, I'll have to rewrite this review. I only give 5 stars to truly exceptional items, but this gasket works well and is reasonably priced.

It's the same as the original

For about four years, I'd been using the same plunger. It had only recently begun to leak, and I was relieved to discover that I could only replace this part, as the genuine parts were all sold out due to the cerveza epidemic. br>br>This one works well as a seal; There is no longer any coffee leaking through the cracks. I've only used it a few times, so I can't say for sure how long it will last.

The Primeswift Plunger is exactly what I was looking for. I read some reviews that said the product wasn't up to par, but mine works just as well as the original. I recently purchased a brand new Aerobe Aero Press, despite the fact that all I required was the Gasket. Try it.
